Also In my eyes I agree with Crosby coach he’s trying to keep the boys focused on the game and not worry about next week. To finish the fight and go out undefeated DC. Plus the golden rule don’t do something that you don’t want done to you… Nederland danced last year on Crosby field, Crosby turn to dance on Nederland field if they win. Good luck to both teams.

Initially yes there is a lot of opt ups, but from looking and reading the RGV that normally has a lot of Opt Ups are not doing it this year.. they are sticking where they are placed. El Paso has always historically opted up and I’m assuming they are going to again,

Wasn’t Lumberton suppose to be 5A last realignment but due to teams opt ups and down the number changed and put them down in 4AD1 and them having one of the biggest enrollments in the state at that classification?

HP will be 6A this go around.

Really curious what the 5A number is… lot of schools in the RGV and El Paso area aren’t opting up to 6A and 5A Div 1 like years past…

Yeah you are right about cut off numbers always going up… Crosby very well could be one of the largest Div 2 teams in the state. Yalls neighbor to the north in Huffman I know tons of growth is going on over there too…. Will they be close to 5A numbers?
