This is game 2 of district with Nederland already 1-0. In the famous words of Aaron Rodgers “R-E-L-A-X” This 1 game wont define the season, and sure in hell won’t define if Nederland makes the playoffs or anything still several games left, anything can happen with this district. Like Vidor’s win against Crosby. But winning is one step closer to several goals to this team. But hell according to several posters if Nederland wins Friday it’s considered a huge upset in the district lol

Should be a very close game. Vidor with the big win over Crosby could be the start of something good. Hopefully Mathews gets the boys focused for this week. PNG always very well coached should be a fun game. I can very well see this go either way... slight edge to PNG.. When was the last time Vidor beat PNG just curious.

I really don’t understand that bs logic. Just cause a school is smaller doesn’t mean the bigger school automatically wins or should. WOS beats big school regularly year in and out and Silsbee is no push over at all. So explain to me how smalls should automatically lose to big schools like you suggest.

I knew last year when the schedule came out with WOS, United, and Silsbee the chance the dogs go 0-3 was there... last year we did what most people didn’t think would happen and go 3-0, just like most of y’all I was shocked that we did it. But boy was I happy. Lol. If our o line doesn’t gel and open holes this week could be another L... if they do I believe we will win. That’s the biggest glaring downfall for Nederland. Our strength is at our running back position but if no holes and blocking upfront then it kinda defeats its purpose.. we will see come Friday night. How much smaller is Silsbee d line compared to United’s d line Soulja? United was big very big with high motors... I don’t think we will see another line like that for a good while and hopefully our o line grew from that game.

Huntsville has to get their QB healthy. If not FB Marshall wins it imo
