J. Wilson’s in Beaumont has a pretty dang good steak there as well... But a must try is there man candy. Holy crap is that stuff good!!!! Bobbys on Nederland Avenue has by far the best beef tips I ever ate! No one can compare, plus all you drink sweet tea a pitcher of it on the table shooooot

Y’all need to try Steak Night at Dylan’s on 9th in port Arthur on Wednesday night. Those steaks are to die for, they have ribs that night as well which are usually pretty good. Nothing like Roadhouse ribs. They have the best ribs in SETX. Lol but those ribeye steaks at Dylan’s have amazing flavor. A must try. Speaking of hamburgers I know hamburger depot has some ones but Butchers Korner on Boston Ave have the best Bacon Cheese burger ask for it on jalapeño cheese sourdough bread! Goodness those are amazing. Wheelhouse Bessie heights burger comes a close second Pho Ha the Vietnamese restaurant on Nederland ave the best best Egg Rolls, Spring Rolls and Pho in setx and I have tried every single place in setx. Best BBQ crabs has to go to Sartins they moved to central mall now. But they flavor still there, those Crabs are so dang yummy! Tamale King in Nederland has the best tamales, we order those things for Christmas parties every year and as soon as we put them on the table they are gone. Still think Carmela’s has the best hot sauce and queso! Carmela’s breakfast is very good as well, and cheap cheap! We usually go once a week. Rodair Roadhouse Cajun hush puppies and Sunday brunch so good. Crawfish 3 ways is a must try!

If enough teams in setx join Golden Triangle can have its own chapter, instead of 4 out of 8 might be just 1 or 2 games then conference. GT can easily get 12 teams going.

From what I’m hearing through out setx and numerous organizations STJFL is almost at the pit of misery. What are y’all thoughts on it? To me I wouldn’t mind combining are start getting involved with TYFA or TIFI....

He didn’t have the AD title at Allen. when he first came a lot of people said that was one reason why came to the Hill the other being the Superintendent and him having ties to each other they are buddies.

Why stick around Allen and have to answer to a AD. At huge high school/school district? He won 3 state championships nothing more to achieve in that aspect. Take a step down in classification, make more money, be the AD and all calls and questions go through you cause you are the boss. There is a lot to factor in why he left Allen.
