Kelly's Preston Warner threw a complete game, giving up 3 hits, 0 Runs, 1 walk, and struck out 9.  Great job Preston and ALL the Dawgs. 

Kelly has two very impressive freshman starter: Shortstop - Ford Proctor 1st Baseman - John Darling

Final Kelly 9 St PiusX 1 Kelly's Preston Warner returned to the hill for his first start since the Feb 21 accident.  Warner completed 6 innings giving up 2 hits, (one being a solo home run), with 6 k's.  Kelly had 11 hits including Dane Stienhagen's 7th longball.  Congradulations to the Dawgs, and welcome back Preston!

Since the guy was struck from the list -- is the game official?  I requested an answer from MrUmp1, should be interesting.  (And could have ramifications)!

Yestersday a situation occured where an umpire called a game at a school were he has been stuck from doing so.  Both the Head Coach and Athelitic Director are new at the school and were unaware.  MrUmp1 is this game official?

Preston has made a full recovery, and received his medical release.  Will return to play tomorrow vs Orangefield 4:00 @ Kelly. The Warner's Thank everyone for the thoughts and prayers. Good luck to Preston in the weeks to come.

Kelly High School's Preston Warner also is named on the: High Honorable Mention - Nation Team, 2nd Team - Texas Texas Regional, and is also a member of the Texas Sun Devils.

I spoke with Donnie this evening, Preston is home and doing great!  Looking forward to returning.  Can't wait to see him on the bump!  Glad you are recovering Preston, don't rush it.

Just spoke with the Warner's,  Preston has recieved a concusion, he is currently at home and scheduled to see the physician for evaluation in the morning.  Ball hit 1" above the right temple.  Please pray for Preston's recovery.
