His teams behavior is embarrassing, he got out coached, the 13 penalties they had are a reflection of his attitude toward the details of championship football, but let's just let him Waller in it, don't stoop to his teams level, let em soak up what it is to be beat by a classy well coached team.

To be honest, Nederland will nit have seen this much team speed on offense, I don't think our defense will be anywhere near as dominant.  We must win the turnover battle by 2, and decidedly win the kicking game to have a shot.  Their speed will neutralize our strength in the four horseman, defensively, we'll be leaning heavily on Stampley and Wood and Seay.  Just my opinions.

DumbDawgs, nobody understands this whining about GT, we've repeated several times... You are more a 5A team per the last redistricting, you are embarrassing yourself.  Yes, they may have players big enough to hang with 5a schools... but all you are crying is they're too good for us... and that would be true, but.it has nothing to do with enrollment.  Again you are embarrassing yourself

That's good to hear because last year a few of the PD players showed Zero class, in our coaches face as they walked to half, that's just embarrassing, I don't care how talented you are.it takes away from the overall enjoyment, I hope this is a little more respectful game.

Kind of my point, even when Neumann has been"there" he's never sniffed 2-8,its a testament to the coach he us.

While I think this post is a little harsh, it does make me appreciate what we have in Nederland with neumann.  He will do whatever it takes to win, and even in the years when we struggled, he's always put competitive teams on the field.  It separates him from other "good" coaches.  He doesn't pigeon hole his players into his scheme or a single system that they may not be suited to execute.  PNG does have kids coming who can execute it, but agree this team would've been more competitive in a conventional offense.

Nederland offense is just starting to show "all" its cards, same thing with special teams, Neumann played it like a playoff game last night.  Wood saw some fullback, Stampley who could star at guard if needed, played some TE, blocked well and caught a pass, the TE is obviously a dimension that will be added to the offense during the playoffs.  I think we're about to see a different level of football.
