I'm not saying Deweyville doesn't win.I just don't see an 18 point spread.If Esway is able to play Warren will make the Pirates awfully uncomfortable.The Warren ,E/C game was a 1 possesion game until E/C scored with 1:36 left in the game.If both teams are healthy this game is to close to call.

I told yall last week this kid could kick.

Deweyville has 2 weeks to prepare and home field.I still think it comes down to whether Esway is healthy enough to play.He is the playmaker on the offensive side of the ball for Warren.Warren has some more weapons but they rely on him.If he can go this one is to close to call.If not Deweyville probably wraps up the #2 spot.JMO

Warren lost Marc Esway their best running back in the first quarter but stiill managed to keep it close.3 interceptions and 4 fumbles will get ya beat every time.Congrats to EC we knew we would have to control the ball to win and we just turned it over way to much.Defense played pretty well to be on the field so much.

Not many are even close to being ready to play at the varsity level.Devin Bray from Kountze has the skills if his attitude doesn't get in the way.Not sure he is a true freshman,looks a little older than 14 to me.

They will be down a little,still have some very good athletes but not as good as last year.We played them several times this summer and they will really miss their coach.He held them together.

We could fix that if he would come play at Warren :roll: :roll: :roll:

Dang, Its a good thing we have a decent defense or yall might predict a blowout.I know E/C is good but I don't see them scoring 60 on the Warriors.

Hooks and Barbay are great coaches,another one who has won alot of games that noone mentioned is Claude Tarver.For years he had very good teams at HF and the even put BC on the map.Couldn't lose with any of these 3 starting a new program.

Marc Esway from Warren has to be pretty close.He has over 900 thru 6 games.Most underated back in the area.

The key to this game will be the same as last week,control the ball and keep Tramain on the defensive side.If he is on the field he has too much speed and big play potential.Dewpirate I think you might underestimate Warren if you think your the only ones can hang with E/C.Warren could very easily be 6-0.I think E/C has a little more depth and speed so they probably win this one.My guess is 28-21.Its Warrens homecoming and these kids don't have any quit in them so it will be closer than some people think.

What's up with the Panthers?I had them picked in the playoff hunt,but they have really been inconsistant.
