There are a couple of good freshmen that might make a difference; we'll see in a couple weeks.

Thanks, everyone, for your quick replies.  The one at which we are looking is BBCOR.  Besides school ball he'll be playing in a wood-bat league this year and he wants to find something that's comfortable for both. 

Just wondering if anyone out there has tried the bamboo bats, and if so, what is your opinion?
