1. Horrible officiating!!!!!!!!! Pretty lopsided!!!!!!!!
2. Another wolves td called back on bs
3. Wolves td called back on bs bafter the lock in the back call. After the qb was in the end zone
4. It looks like it's fixing to rain in SA. What's the weather looking like in Deweyville?
5. One week at a time Wolves!!!!!!!!!
6. I've heard they had a big o-line. But so did Westbrook and Troup! It's gonna come down to who wants it! After the Wolves had to dust themselves off from the whooping they got from Grace, I'm pretty sure they're chomping at the bit to redeem that loss! Should be a good game. D-ville is always a scrappy bunch and I hear they have a bunch of Jr.s that we didn't see last year. Should be interesting!
7. At least we know who he'd be pulling for if there were Tigers in the mix.....lol!
8.
With any athletic team the key is keeping their offense off the field as much as possible....if the Pirates can get a solid running game going and control the clock then I think the Pirates can do well...they will also help their cause on the other side of the ball by being physical which they're fully capable of doing...Good Luck Pirates!
Those same athletes play on the defensive side of the ball as well!
9.
I have no respect for SA for the simple fact they walked off the field with a running clock in the 3rd quarter a few yrs ago against Kirbyville. We were up 56-0 and the whimps walked off the field and into the locker room and got dressed and left the game....WHERE THEY DO THAT AT??
New Coach, New Team! Get a life! SMH
10. The Wolves will be looking to make a showing after their loss to Grace! Not sure it will be a shutout like last year. But, I think the Pack should be able to at least figure out how to buckle their chin straps! ::)
11.
Is the QB from last year still playing for Hemphill?
yes, and he scored everyone of their td's.
12.
Have a feeling next year's schedule may be tougher with a new AD.
Aren't the schedules locked in for two years? They will have a better test in week 2 when SA comes to town! After their loss to Tyler Grace and an early bye week, they will be ready for redemption!
13. Where is it this year?
14. I think defensively we were worried about the pass way too much. Instead of flyng to the football like we did in the first two scrimmages we were pass covering when we didn't need to. Say what you will but that coupled with over-confidence got us beat!
15. I think this thumping is exactly what SA needed. I hate to say it but they came out way to cocky and "knew" they had the game won. They underestimated a very good and well disciplined football team and it cost them tonight. Anybody that was at either scrimmage will tell you that wasn't the same team that showed up tonight. If they don't get that little problem fixed, their season will not be near as long as they would like. @liltex, watch what you say, you may have to eat them words one day. Lord knows I'm chewing on a mouthful right now!
16. This game gets more interesting by the minute. An offense that passes the ball 85%  of the time may have trouble if the weather doesn't hold out for them. On the other hand, SA's skilled players spent alot of time and effort this summer getting prepared for teams like this. I am very anxious to see how this one develops!
17. Center usually has prettty decent size upfront and good speed in the backfield. I think the Roughriders take this one 21-14.
18. SA JV came out on top 3-1. SA Varsity went 0-0 1st team. Troups 2nd team scored 2 on SA 2nd team. After 2 live quarters SA came out in the lead 34-14.
19.

Lol we will see... you remember what happen last year;-)
Yes, blind dog finds an acorn every now and then. lol
That's blind hog. Just sayin'.
20. For SA it's Alto at home on Sr. night! Should be a good one.
21. The only other thing was just including kids in the review that were play makers. I know one of our linebackers wasn't even mentioned. He has been first team all disrict his soph and jr year, plus I heard rumors that he was runner up for district Defensive MVP last year. I just felt like, along with the misinformation, there were some players left off the review that have contributed alot!
22. I sent you a message.
23. Just got a chance to look at the FNF magazine today. Is it just me or is the coverage and information on the smaller teams just absolutely horrible. They've got a kid listed for us that supposed to be a major player on the line that dropped out of school 2 years ago. Pathetic, glad I didn't waste my money on it!
24.
Not even close?  What makes you think SA will "run away" with the district?  Alto blasted yall last year and only beat West Sabine by 14.  I'll admit I'd probably put SA as #1 to start. I'll say this, you better beat Alto this year with your Sr. filled team, cause we'll be the team next year returning 17/18 starters.  Lotsa young studs coming up at Alto,  06'/07' like talent in the Soph./Jr. class.!
Don't get your panties all wadded up. Nobody's trying to take anything away from Alto. Yall are one of the teams that has the uncanny ability to put together the right combination of kids. The game between Alto and SA is probably one of the most highly anticipated games in East Texas! I'll admit, we got stomped on pretty hard by the Jackets last year. We made a lot of early mistakes that Alto was able to capitalize on. I am very excited about this game. Only losing 3 starters total on both sides of the ball coupled with watching these guys work hard all summer makes me a little anxious to see season start! Even more excited for that 11/2 match up. GO WOLVES !!!!!!!!!
