Could have Navasota, LaMarque, WOS, but show a lil respect for a team that is the 2 time REGIONAL CHAMP and has proven they can beat LaMarque. Our tough pre district schedule will pay off during the playoffs.. So u are saying CS will lose to Orangfield or Bridge City.. DONT THINK SO

Huffman rolls in this one.. coming off a 60 - 21 loss. Huffman will be ready to play and get back on track to show they are second best in district.  Huffman by 3 scores. To stop Huffman you have to stop that short stuff and tackle.. All the bubbles, tunnels, rb flare outs.. They will make a big play or two down the field but take away that short passing game..JMO

In Tullos last year.. CS lost 14 to 12 to Cleveland and should have won.. There was a change of tide coming.. What was the farthest Clev. ever went in the playoffs under Tullos?

I love that Coldspring will just make it to the playoffs and then get their butts kicked.. not like they have had some state runs the last 2 years.. they have been humbled.. Navasota and LCM especially.. This team is hungry. Im looking forward to another playoff run. Should be interesting in region 3 this year

Looking forward to seeing this game. Coldspring starts the toughest part of their schedule. Navasota then LaMarque. Being healthy after these games will be key for CS. Should be game of the week.  Lets go Trojans

nuff said.. those comparisons are really close.. the kountze game was CS second of the year and they officially had 1 practice before because of football and 6 out of 9 play football.. both the other 2 games are.very comparable. both silsbee and CS beat the heck out of other inferior teams.. I know Silsbee is really good and battle tested.. They are going to be the fastest team we have seen all year and probably the best.. CS basketball players love the HYPE, want the test.. they have been called overrated all year.. These kids want to show CS is just more than a football school.. I see it as a great game to go watch.. the athleticsm and pace is going to be unmatched.. cant wait.. Good luck to both teams and GO TROJANS

I think Coldspring will put up a heck of a fight and upset Silsbee.. I heard Silsbee is blazing fast and i would like to see how the Trojans match up to it.. Seems like Coldspring players rise the level of play with HYPE and DOUBT.. looking forward to the game.. Good luck to both teams

Didnt mean to stir anything up.. Cleveland is doing an okay job with the players they had to replace.. Big games r coming up for Splendora.. They have Cleveland and then Coldspring.. Cleveland definitely needs to get it together before their rematch with Coldspring or it will be a long night... Watch CS play last night and CSsprings pressure was lights out, pushed the ball up the floor and ran Tarkington out of the gym.. Whatever name u got for the 3, I hope their ready

[/quote] I agree the turnover battle is huge but i will say i have heard a couple WOS had a lot of penalties... thats just not the case they maybe had 5 total for 25 yards compared to CS that had 8 for 80 yards.. that call where Douglas Johnson #2 hit #17 on the WOS sideline was the worst call i have ever seen.. horrible.. WOS has got some talented wideouts and that RB is stout but the CS D proved once again they fly to the football.. make u turn it over and keep your QB uncomfortable all night.. I think they should direct snap it to wheeler a lot more.. When I saw CS play Crockett, they direct snapped it to him only 3 times and he was close to breaking it everytime.. IMO they didnt run him enough.. I guess cause hes gonna be a reciever at tech.. i mean that kid ran for over like 230 on us last year.. im sayin snap him the ball and let him go.. good luck too both teams

Just so glad this game is gettin to happen.. Not gonna talk about how many 4.4's each team can run or how many D1 players are on the field.. This is gonna be a great game and atmosphere. Both schools have a great following.. To me the CS OLINE has to play better..period... CS D will be ready to go.. Morrison will have a killer scheme in place and the players will be in the right place to make plays.. CS has to take advantage of turnovers or short fields, something they havent done the last 3 games..With the posts im reading WOS seems to think you only have to stop Gilbert.. 2 times this year after Gilbert has posted huge games, the next game Monroe has been the man.. they are a good change-up.. CS D needs to rally on sproles look a like and stop #82... he looked like their best WR.. CS D should be able to force their QB into some mistakes, but they have to capitalize.. Good luck too both teams, couldnt have wished for anything better on a FRIDAY NIGHT!!! GO TROJANS

CS Defense deserves huge props and continues to play relentless football.. Great scheme and execution by the CS D and coaches.. Great effort from Gilbert tonight..over 300 yards rushing, good shit..CS had too many spoiled oppurtunities in the redzone.. Gotta punch it in.. I PRAY TO THE LORDS ABOVE WOS TAKES CARE OF BUSINESS SO THIS GAME CAN HAPPEN.. MUST SEE TV.. AND CS WILL SHOW THESE WOS POSTERS THEY ARE FOR REAL.. I thought an upset was a loss.. not a WIN, no matter what the score was.. sure CS should have won by more but 7 to 0 is a WIN.. I dont think that falls under UPSET, JMO

CS got bottled up against BC..The OLINE played horrible.. They will have to pick their play up for CS to be successful. The good thing to take from the game was the CS defense.  They have been great all year. I bet CS will spread the ball out a lil more this next game and mix their O up.. JMO.. Those CS kids will play with heart and never quit.. Go getem Trojans.. DAY by DAY, the players have to play towards that motto.. Dont get caught up in rankings, hype, and how much you win by.. Lets go take care of business and on to the next one

Great game tonight.. both teams D's played really well.. Not impressed at all with the OLINE play from CS.  They will have to pick it up for this team to succeed in the playoffs.  How about Gilbert playing corner for his first time all year and snaggin 2 crucial pics...playmaker.. too may penalties from CS 4 holding calls that puts them in 1st and 20, CS doesnt not play well from behind the chains..gotta clean that up but their D can play with any in the state... I did see that.. after all the critcism..a WIN is a WIN and like they say in the barber shop....NEXT!!!

Not sayin that liberty and cleveland are great but your bottum teams could compete for a playoff bid... r u serious.. OF competed for a playoff spot in your district and they are horrible.. we have 2 teams that didnt make the playoffs that could beat them
