After the Enterprise used the open records act to publish the initial 11 applicants, Tubbs is going to keep everyone else off the books for now. I think he wants to get the stadium plans finalized and approved through the Higher Education Coordinating Board (4/28 I think). Then he'll have the full package to present to any candidates and to the public. If the HEC doesn't approve it on 4/28 or LU doesn't present the plans in time for the 4/28 date, then it's going to be summer or August.
