1. Imo the third spot for this district is wide open right now. Silsbee and WOS return alot, but BC is losing alot. Menard and dishon are gone. Does bc have anyting to replace them? Idk but it wouldn't suprise me if bc didn't make the playoffs.

You know they will get worked by Huffman in district.
Another Huffman quote huh??? Huffman Hargrave only beat Liberty twice I believe in yalls school's history.
Actually its 3 times 8)
unlike you Huffman fans we have class so your little 3 years of beating us sums up how Huffman people are. We have more playoff apperences and district championships than yall could ever dream about. Go jump into Lake Houston.
Really? Class?? Lol. Huffman didn't start this thing. It was started by arrogant Liberty posters before the season started. They thought they were gonna  beat everyone and win district ( I guess that didn't workout too well). Alot of those posters have since been banned from this site. No one ever tried to compare Huffman's history to Liberty's, but right now Huffman is way ahead of liberty and will be for the next couple of years.
like i said jump into Lake Houston
Alot of class with that post ::)
Humble has been down for a while. K Park is always pretty solid. Summer Creek is new, but has some local baeball sites ranking them in the Top 10 this year. New Caney ??? They have seemed to decline in all sports with the number of new schools opening in that area. Porter  I got nothing.
Humble has been bad ever since they opened Atascosita. Which is a real shame I remember Humble and Kingwood playing in a regional final at minute made.

 7.
I don't know what is causing it, but go ask the orthopedic docs around here and they will tell you that they are seeing more serious arm injuries in young kids than ever before.
Pitching is an unnatural act. You are going to have injuries regardless of what you do. Almost everyone who has played baseball for a significant amount of time is going to have shoulder damage. Now I would say the increase of army injures among children is due to a couple of different things. One is they simply don't rest or recover properly. Its fine if you want to play 80+ games a year, but you can't have your star pitcher start a game and then go out and play a position. You have to give your arm time to recover. Two would be throwing breaking pitches wrong. If you don't throw sliders or curveballs properly you are going to get injured. Third would be the pitchers body is just not conditioned enough. Core and leg work are important, but by strengthening the small muscles in the shoulder with workouts you can do at home you will greatly reduce the risk of injury.
 8. Pitch count is extremely overrated as a saftey tool. There is no magic number where if a kid throws more than that he is going to have an injury. Pitchers get injured when they get tired and lose thier  mechanics. The point at which the pitcher gets tired changes every game depending on the pitcher, weather, and other things. Having a pitcher throw 40+ pitches in a single inning is going to do more damage than throwing 100 for the whole game. As long as you keep an eye on the pitcher and take him out when he starts to get tired ( loss of control especially leaving the ball up, loss of velocity, dragging the arm) and the give him the proper rest he needs he will be fine. I can't tell you how many times I've seen a pitcher start a game and throw 80+ pitches and then go out and play SS or worse catcher the next game. That is going to damage the arm more than a pitch count will.

 12.
bonds is the only player with 400 hrs and 400 stolen baseball and he has 500 each!! 8 gold gloves and 7 mvps, you still have to be great at what you do and he was already great, still have to be discplined at the plate !!! i have been around alot of college players that cheayed and they still couldnt hit a curveball and etc gotta already be great at what u do, pitchers would go up 8 mph but still couldnt hit a back side of a barn, still have to throw strikes, get ahead in the count andl have movement on your fastball and have to be mentally tough!!!
I agree steroids alone don't make you a good baseball player. Id you have skill the will definitely make you better. Bottom line is bonds cheated he doesn't belong in the hof no matter how good he was.
 13.
bonds was already great when he played for the pirates!!! he was a 5 tool player, and he is 10 times better than bagwell bonds is a all-time great with steroids or without!!
He was a great player, but he made a decision to cheat so he shouldn't be  rewarded for it. Bonds never would've hit near as many hr as he did if he wouldn't of used  steroids. If you decide to break the rules then you don't go to the hof, it doesn't matter how good you could've been.
Why? They're cheaters. Bagwell to my knowledge has never been connected to  steroids. Imo anyone known to have taken peds should be banned from the hof.
I'm fairly convinced (by before and after pictures ) that Bagwell juiced. Just has not been connected. Now for what it's worth, I do think he did it for injury reasons. JMO.
Until its been proven there is no use in speculating who did and who didn't. We know sosa, bonds, mac and others used steriods and they don't belong in the hof for that reason.

 16. Not even close its grey. He has 3 straight state championships plus over 10,000 yards rushing in a career and I think he either holds or is really close to the career TD record.
 17. I think its pretty obvious CS has the best players. If they didn't they wouldn't have dominated district they way they did. There is no rule that says the distribution of players has to be equal among schools. The only player you could possibly have a argument to be included is fitzwater from Liberty, but Townley had better stats and Scott lead his team to the playoffs. So who do you think should be on here? The list looks pretty good to me.
 18.
Yes it is, but facts are facts!!! You still stated what he accomplished!!! And talk about weak....that's the only reason he got 500+ yards....WS is a 1A school and HH is a 2A school....really....he was suppose to do what he did. Anyway, Reginald Davis is a better athlete than Twine will ever be and he's relevant. He's playing in Cowboy Stadium tomorrow to prove it. Okay, can't wait till next year to see who will help him since he won't have his brother. Anyway, I'm not a hater, Twine is good, but that's it. Davis already has his college career in the bag, so it doesn't really matter. Twine will too in baseball and it's all good! And by the way....Twine wasn't unstoppable when he played SA.....he was a NON-FACTOR!!! They were on him like white on rice and they're just 2A, so don't even go pass that. Be for real!!!
Ok Reginald where are you going to college ;)

 20.
that so called D1 talent didnt work out to well for mr. gilbert.
Seems like no QB has been successful at UT since colt left. Maybe it wasn't all Gilbert.
 21.
People that think lt wins without talent dont know a thing about football. They have great coaching but you dont win that much without talent
Thier 4 striaght state championships have come under 3 different head coaches. You can't do that unless you have a crap load of talent.
 22.
Michael brewer the last 2 years and gilbert the 2 years before that. Like I said d1 qb the last 4 years.
And Todd ressing before that.
I do not think Lake Travis is "loaded" with D-1 talent.
lake travis has had a d1 qb their last four years that doesnt hurt
Ok. That's 1.
No they have had 3 different D1 Qbs as well as a couple of D1 wrs (including garret Gilberts brother) and atleast one D1 lineman that I remember. [Hidden Content] I counted 9 D1 players from 2005 to 2008 they haven't updated theh players since 08.
 24.
Seen Listi last night and told me that he is headed to Dallas Baptist and Cook is going to UH. That should help Huffman cause this year and conrgads to both.
Yep both of them are also ranked in the top 400 prospects in the country.
