1. Good to see that atleast some of the Liberty fans got on here and took thier lumps. Unfortunately the ones who have talked the most in the past weeks seemed to have disappeared. Surely they are not "fickle" fans ;) who only jumped on the bandwaggon after Liberty started of hot. Where are you dodiej, dreski, Swag, setx6, and youngcoog?  ???
 2.
I'm a Liberty fan and I'm right here. When I say I'm a fan I mean it. I stay in the stands till the end. I do not leave if it looks bad for my team. I stand and yell for my team and I do not yell at the coaches and player. I support my team in good times and bad. I to am tried of the trash talk. support your team and that means coaches and player. Remember there families are in the stands and to have some respect. As far as Huffman goes you played a good game but your sportsmanship is not good. There was lots of holding and cheap shots. It come down to we didn't make our plays and Huffman did. It happens thats football. Panthers you played hard and with heart. Don't listen to the people on here who say you can't win. You believe that you can and you go out there every friday night and play with everything and in the end you will win.
I wasnt at the game I listened to the radio broadcast and it sounded like Liberty had just as many if not more holding penalties than Huffman. Huffman did have some personal foul calls, but I think a lot of them where facemask calls. Idk could be wrong that is just how it sounded on the broadcast.
 3. I wonder where all the Liberty fan are?  We couldnt get rid of them last week  ;D
I don't think either of them will be posting on here for awhile after all thier talk.
 5. I dont think you will get a response from them. lol
 6. Well well well I guess you and your infinite wisdom couldn't see the writing on the wall in the preseason so I will take this moment to say I told you so. I guess the question should of been Jones or Hardy instead of Jones or grey and i think we found out who the best QB and wr in district are tonight. 40-20 can't wait to hear from the Liberty trash talkers. P.S. I realize there are liberty fans on this website that are not arrogant trash talkers and this post is not directed at you. Liberty played hard should hold thier heads high.
 7.
Thats the difference between this years team and the other years. These kids go into every game with the mindset that they are going to win. This game is 10% physical. 90% mental. Whether they win or not is another thing. But they dont doubt themselfs. And that is the biggest difference in this team.
I pretty sure almost every team is like that before the game starts ::)
 8.
In my opinion this kid is overrated, he has played three teams that if they were combined wld probably rate 6 or lower on a scale of 1-10. When he plays someone good they gonna bust em in the mouth and everyone will find out that hes overated
I'm pretty sure buna is a good team I even think they got a few votes in the last ap poll.
 9. This game will be broadcast on psnsports.com
 10. Game will be broadcast on psnsports.com for anyone that can't make the game.
 11.
No stake in this game at all....but Huffman fans might not want to chirp too loud.
Isn't that what this website is here for. If we win great im going to give the liberty fans hell, if we lose then I would expect nothing less from them. Everything is all in good fun but win or lose I will be here supporting Huffman.
 12.
This kid is amazing but if u think hes good on the football field go watch him play baseball u will have 5 or 6 MLB recruites there they all are wanting this kid he will be number 1 draft pick in baseball out of high school his mom says he plays football to keep in shape
Kinda early to say he will be the number 1 pick. He hasent even played his sophmore year yet.

Now I understand that like most people on this site you want to change the subject and attack another team when you have been proven wrong, and I believe whoever said no 4a teams in the area can beat CS is wrong so ofcourse now we find out where everyone is from and bash there teams lol, CS doesn't go back to state in 2011 and can't beat Dayton period.
Okay Coldspring is certainly going back to State and we will win. Dayton aint got nothing on Coldspring, look on max preps whos ranked higher? i believe Coldspring. Thanks ;D
Hahahahahahaha hilarious maxpreps is a joke thier rankings are no where near accurate. Wow :D :D :D
 14.

I never said they didn't show anything, they showed they they were as good as everyone thought they were. That is why they started of the season in the top 10. I said they did what was expected regardless of the score. A win is a win whether it is by 60 or by 1 it all counts the same.
A win is a win, however, the score is important in that it tells how the win or loss was accomplished...If team loses by a point it can be deducted that outcome could have been different given any number of circumstances....That usually isn't going to be the case in a 60 point loss...A blowout points to the fact that a team was unable to compete for a variety of different reasons....Big difference between competing and having a chance to win and having little no chance no matter what happens... Crockett had given Coldspring everything they wanted and more the last 2 years...While a Coldspring win might have been expected by some no one anticipated the total beatdown that was administered a couple weeks ago...
Whose to say crockett didn't have thier worst game of the season when they played coldspring, whose to say if they played again coldspring has thier worst game and wins by 1 instead of 60. All I'm saying is 17 year olds can be inconsistent and have the best game of thier lives one week and then the worst the next week. Win in the playoffs and in district (when the games matter) tell alot more about how good a team is than a couple of non district blowouts. Last year Huffman blew everyone out except coldspring and kp. Then we get into playoffs and barley beat silsbee and lose to navasota. In baseball Huffman was ranked in the top ten in the state and just got done beating the number 1 team by 7 yet they lose to la grange in the third round and Robstown the number 1 team they beat  goes to state. You can't tell alot about a team until the games start to count.
 15.

Until Liberty proves it can compete with the best teams in their district year in and year out I'm going to go with Huffman...Not saying Liberty can't or won't beat Huffman...Just saying they need to show me... ;)
The all time win/loss record of liberty/huffman is 17-2 in favor of Liberty, so as far as district play goes how has Huffman showed you they can even beat Liberty? They beat them last year, that's one year. From 1990-2005 Liberty DOMINATED Huffman it was never even close, then Huffman grabs a win in 08 and in 2010, and now Liberty can't compete with them?
Good thing what happened in the 90s dosent matter. Huffman has won 2 out of the last three and even though they lost in 09 they still had the better team since Huffman made the playoffs(which is what matters) and yall didn't. So that is three straight years of Huffman having better teams that is a pattern and what happened 20 years ago has no bearing in tomorrow.

Coldspring and Barbers Hill will win their districts
Coldspring/Liberty and then Dayton, BH won't compete again.
We will see about BH and Dayton later on in the season. As far as Liberty is concerned there is no way they could compete with any of these three schools.Dayton would have nothing but problems with Coldspring.Dayton is not as good as some would speculate.
I didn't say Liberty could guy, and I have seen Dayton and Coldspring I'm not assuming anything it is very clear that Dayton would win this match up do you seriously think a 4A team that goes deep in the playoffs consistently can't beat CS a very small 3A team who went to state last year but never got past 3 rounds previously in recent years? It wasn't long ago when Dayton did the same but in 4A.
I didnt say Coldspring would win for sure, nothing is for sure in high school football. What I said was that Dayton would have problems against Coldspring. This team of Dayton's is not a team that will go far in the playoffs this year and Coldspring will probably go at least to the quarter finals.I would love to see this match up. 8)
Dayton AND Livingston would both have their way with Coldspring, Barbay is a good coach so he will understand he can't hang and hopefully manage the clock if they were to play, that way they don't get beat as bad. Dayton has beated 2 5A teams and barely lost to a good 5A team, CS has 503 kids and these 5A teams that Dayton beat has that many kids in their football programs lol.
Dayton lost to angelton (sp) and they are 4a not 5a.
I wasn't calling you a fickle fan, you were just one of yhe names I haven't recognized. I just think it is kinda of intesting that there have only been a hand full of liberty fans on here and even they didnt post that much, and then liberty has a decent season and there are a ton of liberty fans here now.  its like clockwork now you get a new liberty fan on here for awhile then he gets banned and the a new comes along and the same thing happens.
 18.
If that statement favored Huffman you would say it, if not you wouldn't, because we all know that's not true. If liberty were to beat Hardin 7 to 6 and Huffman were to beat HJ 56-0 you would not make that remark, but the fact that Liberty beat Porter worse than Huffman beat Kashmere, has you making comments like that.
I'm glad you know me so well ::). In my eyes a win is win especially in hs when you have 17 year old kids playing who can be inconsistent week to week.

It would be nice to see Huffman move the ball tonight against HF. COMEON DISTRICT. Looking forward to Liberty!
If Smith is on HF could give Huffman some problems. Completions          Attempts        Percentage      Yards          TDs        INTs 34                            69                  49.28                  502              5            2 He leads 21-3A in passing and if Huffman covers like they did against K Park, I could see HF putting up some points. HF-35 Huffman-31
Yeah you clearly know what you are talking about ::) Huffman 41- HF 10 Smith 7-23 99 yards 1 td 2 pics.
Technically, the stats were correct so it wasn't a matter of him not knowing what he was talking about. Maybe Huffman covered better than they did against K Park, because in that case this would be an accurate statement. Congrats to Huffman on the win, Liberty vs Huffman is going to be a great game next week.
Stats might of been correct, but the prediction was way off.
Now that is a better response. Yes, Huffman's offense when rolling can be dangerous, but the fact that you are letting out a sigh of relief at the fact that Townley only threw 1 interception is not a good sign. Liberty's Daniel Fitzwater has only thrown 1 interception all year. And it came with 3 seconds left in the 2nd quarter on a bomb ( and from where I was sitting the defender looked out of bounds so it should not have counted) and that game turned out to be a 42-7 victory for the Panthers. The Huffman defense isn't a joke, you are right about that, K Park only started to pull away when they began to air it out, good thing the Panthers have a Quarterback who can do just that. This should be a very good game Friday night.
Please show me where I said anything about letting out a sigh of relief about only having 1 pic, because im pretty sure I never said anything like that. Everyone knew going into the season the Huffman O would be inexperienced, and would struggle early. I haven't really been that worried about it yet, because I knew the longer they played and the more Townley got used to the players and this offence things would get better. Besides why should I be worried when so far we have beaten the teams we should of and lost to the team we should of lost to.
You didn't, the way that Bambam33 said he ONLY threw 1 pick, makes it seem like he said that with a sigh of relief. And I can remember you saying that exact thing at the beginning of the season, but to most of the other Huffman fans, you were all saying Townley was a DOG and he was going to come in and do some major work, and that Gray was going to set it off as well, but look at Fitz and Antoine against the bad teams they put up crazy numbers like they should of, Gray and Townley barely even put up descent numbers against terrible teams.
If only putting up big stats actually counted for something in the record book. Huffman got the Ws that is all that matters. Stats don't mean crap. Besides didn't I just get done saying people knew the offence was gonna struggle early in the season? Try to pay attention I don't like to repeat my self.
I know what YOU said, I understand YOU believed the would struggle but I SAID that the other fans never thought the offense would struggle and they didn't. Go read some older post they all argued how good Townley was and how he was going to roll early on.
Well since there are not many Huffman fans ( and haven't been many liberty fans until yall started jumping on the bandwagon this season) on here I remember what most of them say, but who knows maybe I missed something. Since you have made that statement and remember what was said could you go find the post and re post it.
 22.
Since I care about your rankings? LOL. K park Porter/Kelly Kashmere HF HJ/Huntington Hardin
If you didn't care why did you respond?  So you want me to give credit for running up the score?
