That is sorry of the Florida Sports Governing body.  After Ike we had kids live with us because they had lost everything.  The UIL as much as we like to bash them, told us to take care of the kids, and just send in paperwork, when we could.  Dr. Breithupt (spelling), even came down to HI personally to check on our kids, and to praise the actions of our coaching staff.  No HI is not a rich school district and losing those kids would have closed our school.  This is a case that the football team saved the school from extinction.

James will be back in 3 to 6 weeks.  The MCL is self healing and will not require surgery.  With a BYE this coming week and 3 more weeks before we start district, he should be almost, if not completely healthy by the start of district.

I know that High Island and Woodlands Christian will not be facing each other in the scrimmage, because they open up week 0 against each other.

High Island and Woodlands Christian will also be at this scrimmage.  It is a 5 team scrimmage along with HD JV.
