I'm only talking about high school in S.E.Texas, Nash. Majority of Kids need to be in gym working on their skills.

I was going to say a college team is only as good as it's assistants who are recruiting. But LU Sportsfan hit on it as well.

( The aforementioned players likely participated in each of those levels)  Dont need a nap.  I jogged 4 miles this morning before I got to work and that keeps me going.( The only reason I mentioned the 4 miles is because I know all of that jogging and cross country type stuff drives you nuts) [/quote]Running/jogging is fine for us (us  ??? ), for you. Kids can play whole court games everyday and stay in basketball shape during off season.

I personally know kids who are home-schooled (homies) and attend classes on a college campus, responsible enough to do their work at home, and meet with other homies in a class setting. Some kids are through with their work by midday, go to the gym and workout for the next 4 hours. Seems to me, those public school kids are actually putting in less work in comparison to some homies  ;)
