[/quote]Did Coach English tell you that is his ultimate goal? I'm sure every coach would love a state appearance and/or title, but it can't be a realistic expectation. I think it's more about life lessons and providing the best opportunity and experience for each kid he coaches. He's trying to help them reach their full potential. Last year was not a state championship year, but it helped a kid earn a scholarship to receive a free education and play basketball for 4 years. He was ecstatic that he helped the kid achieve that honor. We all know it takes a lot of skill and luck to reach state and win it. It will need to be a special group and/or player(s). This IS a special group, but there may be a piece missing. 2016 is also a special group, but they too have something missing. As DV mentioned, the bar has been surpassed. One playoff appearance from 1955-2008, now four (this year will be 5) in a row including: 20-4A District Champs 2010-2012 Bi-District Champs 2010-2012 Area Champs 2010-2012 Regional Quarter Finalist 2010-2012 Regional Semi-Finalist 2011 Just for you BD3! ;) ;D [/quote] ;) ;D 8)

With all the variables surrounding the rivalries between these two schools, 50% is good odds. Unless you know something I don't know. Examples: coach quit, injured player, yall check bounced, etc
