I hate when we are in agreement. But it is what it is. I hope that ATM is working next week.
 2. Johnson will definitely step-up. But so will Bosha. Will be interesting. The kids will do fine.

Supposedly improved waaaaay beyond expectations.
What is his classification? Sr?
 4. 100,000 HS players will be all conference this year. D1 colleges will offer about 1000 scholarships. Do the math. Profound!

Beat WOS by 50 and were without one of their top 7 players. This team is 8 or 9 deep this year and is easily in the same league as Central. They do not have height but have insane guard play and can jump. The young Jacks was a step behind but it was her first varsity experience and she should regain the her step by district and their press is still getting the quarks out of it. They are already ahead of where they were at the end of last season.
Wowwwww,  Vidor beat WOS in a Scrimmage by 50.....Now that's something to be proud of.... ::).  I sure hope Vidor does a little more than dribble pass half court and jack the ball......Central and Ozen are the top teams here....and looking forward to seeing what Lumberton has as well.... We will be young this year but the future looks good, playing a lot of freshmen, sophs, and juniors this year, with a lot of freshmen on JV.
Like i said we have a lot of experience coming back this year along with the jacks sisters and these girls have been working there tails off in the off season. Trust me i know, my little sister is one of those players. Silsbee will be very strong this year.
Might be a "tad" biased?
My phone changes everything I type lol. My bad!
In other words, your phone is smarter than you!!  ;D

 11. Okay, lets talk about LC-M  .... LCM Boys Basketball is conducting school-wide open tryouts.  Bring your own basketball shoes and clothing. Monday, November 12
 12.
Forget the titles- why the fascination with a team from sour lake playing one from Houston- I noticed u didn't respond to my golf/tennis offer in spite of being so much younger.  HJ will do fine against any town with similar size and demographics- why not also lobby for them to play Oak Hill- that'll teach em a thing or two, won't it?
8)
 13.

Why didn't Yates opt up to 4A?
Because HISD had all their schools not opt up. HISD knew that they could have their own 3A district which would help in the travel. That was the reason for those schools always opting up in the past because they did not want to be stuck in a district outside the loop. But, from what I was told, Yates actually thought their numbers would keep them 4A so they did not check the box. After the fact, some admins at Yates wanted to appeal but HISD said no. From what I have been told, Yates will be back in 4A next realignment no matter what their enrollment is.
Lets hope so. But in about two years, it may no matter anyway. yates' JV needs a lot of work.
 14.
And why is it that a 3-a team from a town of a few thousand is anxious to meet with a 4-a team (recently reclassified) from a town of several million with players from out of state?  Could I interest you in a game of golf or tennis today:?
I'm sure if UIL had  a problem with Yates, it would have hit the front page by now and their titles taken away by now.
So Dove with the Yates program being the end all why aren't yall enrolled in it?
Cause I'm a Wheatley person
Then why not be pushing for an HJ-Wheatley game?  They had one a few years ago in the Montagne.
Because I'm realistic. Yates is the keeper of the gate.

 23. So, the 6'7" kid who was thinking about leaving HJ, did he stay or transfer?
 24. " Oh how it hurts"
 25. As much as I hate to give HJ any props,  they will do fine in their district.
