You guys are really naive to think a lot of these coaches move for more money. When they have kids in high school with them, there are other factors involved  ;)

Not the first nor the last time a coach begin to look elsewhere when he sees or perceives the talent pool dwindling, especially when you have a son/little johnny to consider

This may be a topsy-turvy district year. Usually this happens when there is parity among the teams. Is it because they are majority young teams? Time will tell.
