Yep, its hard enough trying to be good in one.  Unless it's football and we all know thats one of the easiest sports to play :D

I really do see the benefits when "boys" start to play against bigger, older, quicker and stronger "men" during the summer months.

Jalen Hart& Brandon E. @ guards, a real nice wing who can shoot and that Motley (?) kid playing center. The Hoops are already trying to recruit this kid for the 17u Nike Summer League. But PAM got some weapons. I've seen a few of them this summer. It will be good competition between these two. ;)

Weights help with mental training and endurance during long tournaments and season. Oh but thats right, cc does the same thing :-\
