WOW! The reality of this situation is really beginning to hit home. I was told this would happen..WOW!

I have no problem with UOS. You should work out off game days. I think the JV and possibly Freshmen did weights on game day.

[/quote] Your coaching style has to reflect the players on your roster. Best example is Lumberton in the early to mid 2000's.. They ran a spread offense for football and they were all white with no one running under a 4.8 with a QB that wasn't successful throwing the ball.
