Being an outsider and looking in at the different schools, its really hard for me to grasp being there are only 3 high schools in Beaumont that these schools aren't dominating.

I guess I stirred a little too much this time. But wait minute, I'm ol'skool!! "If I can take a board" (paddle for those not from the hood), from some of the legendary coaches in Houston, certainly a little *timeout* isn't going to hurt.

Yeah, Tinkerbell and Wendy. LOL.. how much are they getting paid to be "witnesses" and have they had sufficient time to rehearse their story without getting it fouled up???? That can work on both sides you know! Keyword: CAN but have you seen where LPD is bringing witnesses in who saw the officers NOT beating him??...so yeah...kinda irrelevant. If the evidence shows the LPD were not involved in anything illegal, then I can accept this ruling. But we all know there are some bad apples running around disguised as lawmen and there is nothing wrong with checks and balances.

Maybe, if he keeps it up. I hope this makes all the "we forgot about 9/11" people realize, it's still going on. Also, this was not a terror threat that undercover was a part of. A little different than the 9/11 attacks. But I will say, Good Job to the administration! From the bear, i say the same. I'll give props to the administration when they succeed. The bottom line is this: It became a race issue (race sells) because it ignites and brings out individuals hidden feelings. I've read some heartless comments from people in the paper and on this board about a man's death. If it was your child, you would want the facts because everyone wants closure about the unknown. Granted, the kid didn't leave a perfect life and in the end it caught up with him. Just this morning I watched a tape with police officers beating a man after he fled in a van to escape the police. The guy wrecked the van and fell out of the van unconscious. The police ran to the man and beat him with clubs for about 11 seconds.
