I AM OFFICIALY DONE POSTING ON THESE MESSAGE BOARDS

Dove, I think DV has his own personal baggage that he had prior to these messageboards that he has to worry about. His "image" has been tarnished some time ago. Nothing that this messageboard or any other has not seen before. You are right, you never know who reads these boards. His image didn't seem to bother him before and he didn't seem to care who read his comments before when he was employed at other places. : Agreed 100%!!!!!!!!!! Never bothered him before so why let it now??? He paid and seems to be still paying -

DV is correct. He has a positive image to keep up with and you never know whose reading these posts. Yeah he come on here to stir things up but you guys and dolls know you love him for this. He's going to an upscale private school and he doesn't want his image tarnished by some cyber bully calling him by his real name, etc., etc, bah---- Like our beloved PRESIDENT said, we may not all agree on the same things but we all shouls work towards our commonalities. 8) -
And this is why I feel it is in the future that HF will use HJ as a stepping stone. All we need is patience. I see a dim light from far awar getting stronger each Fall semester. The clock clicks.

I think a lot of coaches and players know nothing about the pure basic fundamentals of basketball. For example, I see so many kids rebound and turn back inside looking for a guard. I see guards dribbling the ball down the court against a press dribbling straight up....and not low over the ball. Turnovers are more common now because the players aren't being told the first basic fundamental thing to break a press. And that is to remain calm. As far as the mid range jumper, the first thing a kid will want to do is go to the half court line and practice on their 3's...sheez The players are faster, but a good mid range jumper is still cool to have. Oh yeah, these kids can't shoot in a crowd anymore.

Yeah, I joke with yall too. I don't mean a thing I say about HJ : :

Personally, my team won this year (Jack Yates) and the rest of you guys are picking up crumbs.

It's refreshing to see a h.s. coach promote AAU or summer ball for their players. I think the challenging part is to continue to work on your individual game during the off-season and at the same time, continue to gain valuable game experience in summer ball. It will make a difference. -
See if ???? takes the job, that would leave ??? school open for a certain HJ coach

Reality check baby! They're good for Southeast Texas, Sour Lake, Nome and China. At the end of the day the residents have something to discuss other than crop and feed prices ;D

NCAA-Let's see Memphis & Kansas? NIT- ???????
-
That's it.....Now NAIA, NCAA D2 & D3 coaches can but Division I cannot. This takes the "power" out of the AAU guys hands when it comes to recruiting kids, and gives the high school coach more say in their players recruiting process. Great idea. Wow! Thats what I thought I kept reading into it. It's already having an effect on the summerball circuit.

I need a better understanding on the NCAA ruling for coaches attending summer ball tournaments. It's April 2009 and I'm guessing that the coaches cannot attend events in April. But will have to go to the high school to see players play? Okay, I need to hear from the people in the know. What is going on? Thanks!

I know one thing the longer a person sits out in situation like this; it isn't good.

Are you sure? Last year's rookies had several grade exceptions who were about 19 when they finished high school. O.J. Mayo may have been a grade exception coming out of high school.
