Provision came down to Nederland last year. They had to play in a tourney in Dallas the next day. They left part of their team in Nederland and the "A"team went off to Dallas to play NOW BG!!! You were saying?

If I'm a tournament director, no way am I putting Duke, Kentucky, Baylor, Oklahoma & UCLA on the same side and have Denver, San Jose State, Central Ark, Grambling & Syracuse on the other side. Now, some tourneys have a Super Pool. All the top teams play each other but still move on to regular bracket play

I agree, if Silsbee have some shooters, that's an added weapon to go along with their hustle and athleticism.

Santa, I am assigning you the task of keeping Cilsbee supporters in check (especially on this forum) . Prevent them from getting the big head. And the kids will do fine. Monumental task, but I know you can do this.

Man, you called my school Wheatly I already said Ozen beat Silsbee last season in their Fall League. Ozen don't run.

This is one disadvantage of losing to some schools, they will rub it in your face with those bragging rights. But hey, Cillsbee earned it.

Souljah, the jury is still out. I'm still not sure Cilsbee have been battle tested enough. Central is a small sample size and possibly a fraction of what they use to be in the past 3 years.

Jags had a very strong team the last 3-4 years. An accomplishment that's hard to duplicate every year.

Its hard to say if this was a big win for Cilsbee. If I'm a Cilsbee fan, I say definitely a big win. But we really don't know how good or average Central is at this point. From a neutral point of view, only time will tell. I think after the Christmas tournaments I will give my *seal of approval*

Is this the kid from Silsbee living in Beaumont who plays for the Gulf Coast Bluechips?

Not sure if this is truly an important win for Cillsbee. Its too early to tell because we really don't know how good Central is this year. Time will tell. I still think they need to address their guard/leadership role on that team.

Ozen went to Cillsbee last year and beat the tar out of them. Fall tourney Cillsbee put together.
