  2. Its been happening. Social media has changed the information age.
  3. I said "people of color" have a long-g-g history... If 10 die to your one, thats still too many.
  4. IF HE'S GUILTY, he should have let me hold it for him.
  5. There is a history of people of color dying in police custody. A long-gg history. And yes, we all know there are good cops. I've met some. I've said it on here several times, I've had police pull out their guns and point it at me. But then, I've had others who didn't pull out their guns.
  6. Man thats cold. Telling all my business.
  7. Look, you asked a question and I gave you an answer.
  8. Because P.A. kids would rather dunk than shoot
  9. We all know there is no policy at this time in P.A. But, in Newark, NJ there is a policy. Here are some recent events similar to P.A.'s situation. Article is from NJ.com Officials are investigating a social media exchange that appears to be between an active-duty city police lieutenant and a retired city police officer in which Ras Baraka, the city's African-American mayor, is referred to as a gorilla . Police officials said they obtained a screen shot of the Facebook conversation, which is being investigated as a violation of the department's social media policy. The screen shot was sent to Police Director Eugene Venable Wednesday, department spokesman Sgt. Ron Glover said. "Anything on social media which could possibly be misconstrued and reflect negatively on the department is in violation," Venable said. The policy also prohibits police from posting crime-scene images, witness statements and other confidential material.

  13. In other words, would Black folks get a freebie if they slammed Perry. I would think so if they were only slamming him for his general politics. Now, if they are slamming Perry and using those "secret" code words pertaining to his race, then of course the Black cops would be slammed.
  14. We all make mistakes.
  15. Let me try and break this down for you in very simple terms and I will use this simple example for you. If you are a football player at Texas A&M named Nice Police with a 00.5 G.P.A., and you post comments on social media with racial overtones, he or she will be identified first as aTexas A&M football player, not by the name their momma gave them. And you already know this, man. So now, The P.A.Police (oops!) Texas A&M goes into damage control mode.
  16. I understand your point but she had a right not to put out her cigarette. Both felt they were being disrespected.
  17. I've been stopped for not using my signal light twice that I can think of; both by State troopers in La. and Texas. Each time I was stopped, I could tell they were fishing for answers to see if mine matched my rider in the car. I guess I profile a drug dealer or something
  18. Hmmmm!!!!!
  19. I was in Waller County yesterday and happen to see where this all happened. It's the summer and it's not a high level of traffic in that area. Anyway, he had the right to stop her. But he got upset when she would not listen to him about the cigarette in the car.
  20. Look at the P.A.police Facebook situation going on right now. They are civil servants and yes, they are held to a higher standard. It is what is.
  21. Hmmm, the kid with the BlueChips? Hear his sister attends Westbrook and they live in Beaumont.
