[/quote] Nope, not only Nederland, just sayin' that Dogs have something beyond football that binds them together (as some others who are still playing)....playing as a team where no one individual is relied upon on any night only.....there are always players stepping up at key times to help Nederland win I think back to some of the great NDN teams and see that same thing with them. Agree completely about pounding it out with GT.  Pressure on QB is a must, we've got to upset him early and often.

I don't know if there will ever be a greater moment in Nederland Football History.  Wow!!!!!!!  Couldn't be more excited to see anyone else catch the game winner.....it was special!!!  for us all 8)

I don't know how to put it all in words!!!! Bulldogs showed guts, glory and sportsmanship. We beat PD up one side and down the other, no matter what the final score was.  Dogs so proud and keep it going.  Next week, GT or Angleton either will be tough.

Friendswood had a sign just like that showing no losses for season as run thru for game.....Christmas came early for Friendswood and Nederland gave them their first loss of the season as a gift. Thanks Dawson.........This is the real "Black" Friday......Merry Christmas, Eagles!!!!!! We have a gift for you!!!!! Go Bulldogs!

Concerning this game vs PDawson, the Dogs are the team to get them a fight and hopefully come out on top.  Our O Line is keying in giving QB time to throw and make those holes.  The game will be a special teams, field position  battle.  Turnovers hopefully will tip in the Dogs favor.  Excited to see this one in a great venue. Nobody in Nederland is looking at Angleton.... Pearland Dawson is the game Nederland is focused on......would'ves, could'ves beens really don't matter.  Dawson will be a tough game and NED is in for the fight of the season. Go Bulldogs!

It was entertaining....and the audience was there and captive because they would be on the way home from the football game. It had some good elements but needed some refining.  

Allegations are being made also with NCAA....that there was a "mysterious" man was carrying over TX A&M players and putting them in GT jerseys prior to game with SC today in College Station.... said "mysterious" man was overhead shouting to the "illegal" players from A&M...."just do d this," as he handed them Georgetown jerseys. NCAA is investigating in accordance with UIL in the matter.  College Station police reported strange activity was reported at Kyle Field around 1 p.m. today by a man barking. SC may make the next round after all, thanks d dem....

Nederland got beat in 01 by Smithson Valley in Semi-Finals, (who went to 5A next season).  No one was crying about their enrollment or whatever. Nederland got beat. Take your loss as it is.  Can't worry about what another school "could" be classified as....your opponent is on other side of the field, no matter if they are bigger, strong, faster, whatever.... So many schools have been bumped around due to enrollment....for this year, your 4A and so is Georgetown, like it or not...that's where you got beat.  Losing doesn't get any easier but take it like a man. SC had a great season, district champs, bi-district champs, hang your hat on that and let the other stuff go.
