  1. I'm pretty sure the Banditos do not play 18-under.
  2. Cannot argue that list. With my biased opinion, I'd add : Ross Hales (p) Jake Ponder ©--BH Kendall Thamm (p) Jake Ponder ©--BH Hunter Silva (p) Jake Ponder ©--BH Jonathan Kelley (p) Jake Ponder (c )--BH ;D
  3. My son played summer and fall with the Houston Heat. We were very pleased. Great group of guys.
  4. No doubt...I do not believe I can do any more work today.....maybe I should just go home. ;D
  5. I'm just playing around also....Heck I even winked at you. I do like the adjustment scenario.
  6. Reach on an error, fielder's choice, catcher's interference, catcher misses 3rd strike, hit by pitch, walk.
  7. Dayton is in trouble this year--no doubt about that---however Frank Smesny was overlooked--8-0 last season as Varsity pitcher--winningest 4A pitcher in Greater Houston and good enough to be a top pitcher on an elite select team--Kyle Chapman \ I agree that Smesny was overlooked...I missed him myself...I would've had him at honorable mention. However, in Greater Houston 4AAAA, Hales (BH) and Thamm (BH) were both near the top in wins (11 & 10 ) , ERA (.69 & 1.59 ) , and strikeouts ( 123 & 113 ). Both were also named Honorable Mention All-State. That's not to take anything away from Smesny, kid's a good pitcher. And yes, I admit it...I'm BH biased. ;D With that said, great work guys on the list. We appreciate your effoerts. Actually, I noticed that Smesny is listed as honorable mention.
  8. If you like contact...grab a bat and stand in the box.

  10. That's well said VOP and I agree. But on the other hand, there's really nothing wrong with self-promoting the kids and your school during nominations. Besides we pay the "powers to be" good money to sort it all out. ;D
  11. Congratulations, Hunter. You've earned it. looking forward to an exciting year @ BH.
  12. The Daniels kid from BH is having a good year. 17+ per game....45%+ from 3-pt. range. Played hurt most of last year.
  13. The only Granger that I ever heard of was a kid name Jeff, and if I'm not mistaken, he was a pretty good athlete. If this Granger is a coach at Buna. Is he a junior high coach? Jeff Granger from Orangefield was an excellent athlete....football and baseball. Went to A&M.
  14. Put me in coach...Eagle07 is ready to play !
  15. Thanks, Atthetopof. Some impressive southpaws in SETex.
  16. I have not had a chance to see Lott. Is he a righthander or lefty ?
  17. Thanks for the update via text last night...I just noticed this morning. Tough year for you guys...keep fighting.
  18. What exactly is Texas Baseball News ? Is this associated w/ the coaches convention that is in Waco right now ? Or Becker's Inside Prep ?
