The ULL Ragin Cajuns take two of three from the ULM Warhawks in Sun Belt Conference series opener. Friday night, ULL wins 5-0 over the Warhawks. 2-0 pitchers duel until ULL scores 3 unearned runs in the 8th on 2 ULM errors. Saturday night ULM loses 5-3 in 10 innings. Very well played game by both squads. Kendall Thamm ( Barbers Hill-2008 ) throws 4 1/3 innings in mid relief, 1 earned run, 3 ks, 0 walks, 4 hits(2 singles/2 doubles), one pickoff. No decision. ULM Warhawks bounce back on Sunday to win the rubber game, 7-5. ULM will host McNeese St on Wednesday night in non-conference action. Then host South Alabama on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
