Tib bit.. Klein Oak QB, Andy Wilson, is the son of '77 Channnelview High School baseball/football star, Glenn Wilson. The elder Wilson was an All-American 3b @ Sam Houston State.....all-conference football as a freshman. Played 10 years in MLB, including an all-star season w/ the Phillies. Played w/ Tigers, Phillies, 'Stros , and the Braves. As an '82 Channelview grad, I got to see in person an incredible athlete. Amazing athletic ability.

It may be hard convincing a high school senior not to play football..........especially the starting QB. If his injury turns out to be serious, and I pray that it is not, I would not be so sure about Augie pulling his offer.
