I totally agree...this should be a great CWS. You've got a couple of new teams in Virginia and S. Miss. providing some different flavor. Also, a true cinderella story w/ S. Miss., who finished 5th in Conf-USA. You've also got some of the traditional powers like LSU, NC, Cal-St, and Arizona St. For baseball fans, this is obviously the best time of the year. Just hope my Horns can close the deal against a very good TCU team tonight. Best of luck to LSU....would love to see a Texas/LSU matchup for all of the marbles.

They ceratinly didn't have any mound issues during regional play. All of their top 4 were lights out, including Wall's 3 hitter. Ya big difference between LSU and KSU............. Berry is struggling and pitcher by committee. Only a letter difference...K or L.

True...Should be a great series. I'm in the Houston area...gotta pull for the Owls in this one. My son played w/ and is good friends w/ Rendon, the Owl 3rd baseman. I'm also good friends w/ Diego Seastrunk and his family. So I have to root for the Owls.... however a LSU/Texas matchup would be interesting to say the least. Owls in 3.
