The only thing I disagree on is 1 game would be historic because Woodville has never made it past the second round no matter how much talent they have. Having said that I agree with everything you say, which is why the only outcome that is acceptable is a rematch with Newton in the playoffs and their defeat.

He has done well considering the lack of experience. His speed is now getting him noticed by the Big 10 and SEC. Even our friends in Newton are impressed with his progress. Everyone is expecting a rematch with Newton. Time will tell.

Grand Saline is not Newton. A loss will only extend historical outcomes.

Only a 9 point difference. Very easy to clean up and get back on track. When district starts everything will be back to business.

It doesn’t matter how bad he may have done. He will play at the D1 level in College. He has the metrics that they look for. They don’t care about how good you are now. It’s about how good you can be. In other words it is about projection.
