actually they were only winning after the first quarter but good try

you are right having a fight 2 weeks in a row one on the varisty level and one on the jv they are the best mannered team in the world

it was a great year for the boys they started the year off with 16 players having to cut players because they didnt have enough uniforms then they had 4 players move away (2 starters and their only point guards) then they just kept battling with their 12 remaining players then grades came out and they went down to 8 losing their other players that they had running point guard and as soon as they lost those other 4 players they lost another boy who was injured soo they were playing with 7 and they just kept winning it was a great year that passed everyones expectations

both teams still have to win out and though it very unlikely for HJ to lose to BC or HF OF just might catch up with Silsbee but if they dont this will be one heck of a gamee

sutherland hasnt been happy with the ways the boys have been playing i believe theyll come out with alot more intensity but Trey will not play he gets cleared thursday but the coaches dont want to through him under the bus soo he wont make he comeback till tuesday but ill say hj by 30

by playoffs is when they are expecting him back but hopefully nothing happens to slow his return they will need him

HJ big they beat them last time without Burrell or Sundgren with Sundgren back playing at home and the fact they just lost Sutherland will have the boys ready to come out and play

the varsity got spanked?? im pretty sure a 2 point loss on the road to a very good team isnt a spanking now on the other hand when Silsbee came and played at HJ with both teams at full strengtth now that was a spanking

sorry to burst your bubble Master T but # 50 from HJ grabbed the rebound and went down and protected the ball and then after the game he was pushed down and got back up and was mad but he enver touched the Silsbee player and the Silsbee player was still trying to fight i was there i saw what happened and later talked to #50 to make sure i was right the WOS might not have been Silsbee fault (might have been wasnt there to see it) but the HJ incident was

i am pretty sure that everyone involved was already embarassed by their actions before the news showed it... it was a battle all gmae long and things got a little out of hand but were handled you are a sick human being for being happy a news channel would show kids showing some emotion the news should NOT have showed it shows how badly they want an interesting story to run.. shows how classless channel 4 is and how much class channels 6 and 12 have

no the HJ player got back up as was mad but his teammate helb him back but i dont think he was going to fight...i think it was mostly silsbee but im sure someone on here will tell you how it was HJ's fault this time and WOS's fault last time because they can do no wrong at Silsbee

wasnt really a brawl silsbee had a last second shot for the game but missed an an hj player grabbed the rebound with 2 seconds left they tried to foul him but refs didnt call it after the game was done they pushed him down and then the HJ player got back up and was mad but his teammate held him back while the other player was angry so the cops had to tackle him and restrain him it was a great game hated to see it end this way

which two players are suspended and do they play a big role in silsbee's game??

Considering the fact that trey is the point of the press and releases for fast break 85% of the time i dont think missing trey will affect the inside game on the defensive end but the Hawks will have to scrap out a win i think HJ by 8

HJ was not on in the frist quarter i dont think they couldve hit water if they fell out of a boat but they turned it on after that and still won easily

HJ is deep this will not hurt them very much if yall remember last year when Donahoe went out with the broke nose everyone thought they would stumble but it made them grow realizing they didnt need him to when I dont think HJ will lose a game without him but if they do it will be at Silsbee

hj by alot this could be over real quick

the only reason i was concerned was i didnt know how HJ would adjust without them 2 they played excellent in the 1st half and just got tired in the 2nd half Jasper battled back their 2 point guards are awesomee i didnt think they would miss in the 2nd half great game by both teams

it was a great game HJ came out strongs with a 10-0 run then silsbee battled back taking the lead by halftime and started off the 3rd quarter on a run.. i was getting nervous but HJ composed themselves and had their last run when it mattered the most i didnt think they could miss a shot at some points in the 4th quarter.. Silsbee is a great team and i think itll be a totally different game when HJ plays at Silsbee but as HJ-Hawks 25 pointed out stamina is what let all the Hawks team when their games Freshman game was close till the 4th JV came back in the 4th with an impressive win and Varsity pullled away with it in the 4th Silsbee has nothing to be ashamed of i doint see another team in district beating either of these teams

itll be a tought game ill say HJ by 5 but one thing is for sure the gym will be rocking with fans from both sides getting pumped for this game

Funny...but it does happen. I have seen some fine refs and some horrible ones this year. Here's hoping 2008 brings us some joy and some good officiating. ;D
