  1. I don't think he is their number 1. I think Landrip(sp) is.
  2. Not sure Fregia (soph) will be the 2 guy at Vidor, he has looked good in pre district games, but there are a couple of others who may step into this roll. John Smith (Jr) has looked decent this year. So has Wesley Parks (Jr). I think Fregia has looked the best of this group the times I have seen him pitch, but the other two are capable. I have heard that Foshe may be dealing with some injury issues if that's true. hope he makes it back fast.
  3. For Vidor I expect Peno. Possibly Fregia, or John Boy. No doubt we will see Brown unless Ned. Has LCm or PNG Friday.
  4. The kid that pitched for central heights has signed with OU not to shabby for a 2a pitcher.
  5. Vidor2 central heights.  3 After 3.  John boy is on the mound Vidor strung together a couple hits in the first haven't done much since Fregia leads off the 4th
  6. Vidor 2 central heights 2 after 2
  7. Vidor 2 central heights. 2  After 1
  8. Will keep y'all updated on the game tonight. The pirates will roll tonight.
  9. Game ended in a tie 2-2 after 6. Paul Fregia pitched for Vidor gave up 1 earned 3 hits and had 12 K's. Pitcher for Fairfield kept Vidor off balance. Vidor had chances in the 5th and 6th to win, but could not come up with the big hit.
  10. The stats I can remember are, Jeremy Stevenson 3/4 , John boy Smith 2/3, Matt Peno2/3, Paul Fregia 3/4. I know others had good at bats that's just what comes to mind.
  11. That's Lufkin this weekend. Don't think we were invited to the Licking tourney.
  12. Vidor hit very well, not a reflection on the talent at orangefield they have alot of young talent. I know coach Trawhon and within the next few years they will have a quality program. With that being said Vidor looked very good from top to bottom. Vidor had 16 hits threw 4 innings. Eric Foshe pitched well and the team is starting to gell. Vidor may hold a few surprises for teams in there district. KEEP IT ROLLING THIS WEEKEND IN LICKING.
  13. A few of you have said that's too many pitches for this early in the season. That's too many pitches period. As a father of a son who pitches in hs the coach needs his a$$ beat. No reason at ALL to throw a.kid over 90-95 pitches.
