BH passing attack was off in the 2nd half because LP made adjustments, shut BH down, and totally dominated the 2nd half of the game.
Period. End of story.

I still worry about LP against any solid passing attack. KWP—with Sims in the Pistol—is more dangerous to me than Fuentes. Sims is a containment threat. Fuentes wasn’t really a running threat. If LP pressures, they better have a spy or two. Get practiced up with it also. Porter’s QB is tough as well.
KWP took down LP last year & made them look silly in the process. That’s the game LP lost Lawrence for the season.
No way the KWP vs. LP game is a given.

Not LP. I believe I’m the only LP poster on SETX posting, and I left this game and moved on to scouting KP already.
This one’s in the books. All that’s left now are excuses, and they don’t change the score.
By the way, I enjoyed our light-hearted jabbing. That’s what it’s all about. Nothing too serious. We’re not playing anymore.

Going to wade back in as an outsider into this discussion. I will be shocked if LP makes BH punt the ball at all while the game is still in doubt. Lee had guys running wide open down field multiple times and just couldn't connect which is why Lee isn't as good as BH or LP. After seeing BH against Crosby(was watching both games at the same time) I don't think BH is going to be over throwing and under throwing those wide open balls down the field.  Unless they get stuck with a penalty and some mishandling of the ball, I don't see a scenario where BH gets stopped this game. I would expect 4 or more 50 plus yard touchdowns passes. 
I don't think BH will have the same difficulty with this running game as they did with Crosby. This one is more about assignments whereas you could have all the guys in the right assignments and #2 and #14 for Crosby will just plow over a guy and juke quickly around another. LP has guys that are going to get the yards that are there but not a lot more.
They have to have it blocked up and executed properly to get their 5 yards each time. I don't see that as being sustainable against BH. 

You were right.  Sounds like a great game to watch.  High school football is awesome!

SMH. Good game LP. 28 unanswered points and 2 interceptions tonight. LP Half time adjustments just completely Shutdown the Eagles. BH also had some dropped passes they usually don't drop.  LP just has our number and Absecks number too. LP's secondary played very well tonight, and their run defense was fantastic.

LP doesn't even have Lawrence back yet. 

Should’ve given BH one for making us wait on Homecoming. Have the festivities pregame. 😀

LP held a decent Lee team in check except for one long QB run in trash time (Duncan’s pretty good BTW), and had 2 goal line stands against a full set of downs each time. Still, I don’t think they’re strong enough to stand on their own against an attack like BH. LP’s O will need to have time consuming, point resulting drives to help them out.
Yes. Everyone healthy. Last year, the teams played hard—but clean. Don’t see why it can’t be that way again.

I think LP will score, but your defense will definitely need to play well.  It’s going to be a fun game to watch.  Good look to y’all and hopefully everyone is healthy afterwards.
