1. Liberty made playoffs last year and got murdered by WOS.
2.
I was merely commenting he is a good QB... But I don't think he is the best in that district. I never accused anyone of saying he was the best in that district. He's not 6'6", I've seen him play basketball and at track. He is more like 6'4" (maybe) and 5.0. 220 is more like 200, but a good QB none the less!!
Would you like to come and measure fitz? I know him an his family I promise you he Is taller than 6 4 is just as tall as Texas state commit  Ryan Melton  who is 6 ft6
3. LP6 is not exagerating Fitzwaters size he is huge. He is 6ft 6 and weighed more than 2 of the starting offensive lineman at about 220. Also the other heights are not exagerated believe me Liberty has some tall kids. And as to slow recievers being easy to cover tell that to every team in the district who could not cover Trinity commit Jake Vaught who on a good day runs a 4.9.
4. Coldspring played their starters the whole game. As Liberty opted not to have a running clock also, all of the points were scored early on so no Liberty was not playing their J.V or back ups. The only starter who was pulled was the N.G and that was because he was punching the centers helmet.
5. I disagree minuteman. Now yes coach deel and his staff have made some mistakes, but what coaching staff hasn't? I personnally believe that Liberty will not see a change in success until the kids start to get the right attitude to work for their spots. In that area Liberty is improving. For example, for the first time in at least 4 years all 5 of Liberty's o-line could squat over 400 lbs, and although 4 lineman are graduating this year, the same will be true next year. Liberty has some great underclassmen who work hard as a group and i for one expect to see great things out of this group, and i know there are many panther fans who agree with me, To sum it all up it does not matter who you bring in as a coach if the players are not willing to work hard on and off the field no coach can win.
6. Yes Liberty played weak nondistrict oponents with the exception of Kelly, who lost the State Title game, and beat E.C. Liberty beat Kelly so with out a doubt Liberty would have beat yall last year. If Liberty can find guys to replace the 4 o lineman they lost then they can beat y'all next year too. Also Liberty scored more on Coldspring  than any other team in the district, and tied with Coldspring scoring twenty on Huffman. No defense in that district has the same intensity of Huffman or Coldspring.
7. But how much is standardized testing helping the kids who want to go to college? If you want your child to succeed in college, than Liberty is the better choice. Now, Liberty students take college courses online and the school pays for them as long as the students make a B. So Liberty is the better academic choice.
8. Actually liberty is a lot harder than hd. You have to do more than show up to pass which is why hd gets more devers kids than libertys anybody whO has gone to both schools recently will tell you the same thing
9. No Liberty player that was worth anything would ever move to HD for football reasons. Not trying to down HD or anything, but it does not make alot of sense to leave Liberty when we are returning the entire back field, so the back ups have a chance to learn from some great players, and improve then get their chance to start for a team that has a lot of potential.
10. Who was back up QB last year? If I heard correctly Marberry was injured a few times in those situations who came in?
11. As of now who is going to replace the QB from HD if im not mistaken he is graduating is there already a frontrunner, or is the spot up for grabs?
12.
How many returning starters do Liberty, Huffman, Cleveland, and Coldspring have coming back?
Liberty lost 4 O-lineman, 2 D-line, 2 defensive backs, 1 linebacker, a reciever, and a fullback/tightend.
13. Talking trash is part of the game, but there is a line that you should not cross and in my opinion Huffman players did cross it, however there is no point in arguing it is over and done.
14. I was there falcon and it is true the fault lies in both teams. But Huffman players started mouthing after the game and that set off the liberty players.
15. I will not disagree that libertys defense was terrible they were but as falcon fanatic said liberty had a great offense. At the end of the day it's the points you put on the board that win the game.
16. Actually falconfanatic it was the Huffman players who were saying comments to the running back from Liberty. Hopefully next year They will learn to win with class
17. Liberty would have won that district. Please name two schools in that district that could have stopped Liberty's offense.
18. If you are talking about the article about the liberty center, it would benefit you to know that the article was a reprint from the school newspaper that was written by a high schooler. Also it does not say that he recieved an athletic scholarship here is the link. [Hidden Content]
