If your a big high school football fan then the online subscription is 100% worth every penny

Unless something changes the local 4As will be the same. Huffman will win district 20, but New Caney West Fork will be in that district and coincidentally their head coach is the old Huffman coach who left before last season. I imagine they will be good. LCM or Bridge City will win district 19. Other than Huffman or New Caney I don’t see any of the local 4A teams going more than 2-3 rounds.

To be fair… It’s a summer league and I imagine HJ and even EC don’t have most of their varsity guys playing. Or they might but the big factor is Todd Sutherland and Clay Davis aren’t on the sidelines coaching. Not saying Evadale won’t be improved but going from what they were last year to all of a sudden state tournament contenders this year might be a big reach

South Oak Cliff 21-22 isn’t losing to last years Carthage team IMO… I think several non Carthage people would agree with that statement.

I hope you don’t really think Carthage would win that matchup the last two seasons? Last year would be closer but the state championship Oak Cliff team wins by 3-4 TDs
