  1. So many people wanted to ditch the Slot T because “The Spread offense will take you further than the Slot T ever could”
  2. 19-5A Barbers Hill 3 Baytown Sterling 0 (25-10, 25-15, 25-16) 19-4A Tarkington 3 Shepherd 0 (25-13, 25-8, 25-8) Hardin-Jefferson 3 Liberty 2 (25-14, 25-17, 21-25, 24-26, 15–10) 18-4A Bridge City 3 Jasper 0 (27-25, 25-18, 25-8) 22-3A Hardin 3 Buna 1 (17-25, 25-16, 25-21, 25-21) Orangefield 3 Kountze 0 (25-21, 25-16, 25-12) Non-District LCM 3 Woodville 0 (25-17, 25-19, 25-11)
  3. Yeah I know week one Navasota got throttled by Sealy… which Sealy isn’t bad but the way they beat Navasota was pretty rough… like Navasota didn’t belong on the same field… Navasota even in their down years still has athletes and aren’t bad… hell We played them last year and were only up 3-0 at half… now the final was 31-3 but they basically gave Bellville their closest game till the state semi finals vs Wimberley… But yeah comparing scores is pretty tricky especially this early in the season
  4. Yeah Madisonville also barely beat Navasota… So I can’t get a read on Madisonville yet lol
  5. Bellville 3 Burton 0 Bellville 3 Round Top Carmine 0
  6. This shouldn’t be close… if it is HF isn’t going too far in the playoffs. I do think 2-3 years from now that Crawford will be good.
  7. Yeah that’s what I meant thanks for clearing that up
  8. Yes I believe it was
  9. Didn’t legacy barely beat Port Arthur Memorial? And this team beat Legacy
  10. I know he had the 3 pick 6s but those numbers are pretty good for a awful game lol
  11. I imagine yall kept it pretty vanilla vs La Marque as we did vs Crawford… Does Hitchcock got a lot of guys going both ways ?
  12. How much does HF throw the ball? I think Bellville’s slot T is also gonna keep the Hitchcock offense off the field more than they were against HF…. Also this is the first test for the Bellville offense since Celina and losing our #2 RB in week 2… All we have seen of Bellville without him is 3 quarters against a average at best Stafford team and a not great Crawford team…
  13. This game will also be on Space City Network (Same channel the Astros and Rockets play) on Thursday night
  14. I agree… they may have to use the first and second rounds of the playoffs… because I don’t think anyone should give them much of a issue before that
  15. I follow A&M recruiting very closely and I’ve never even heard of them offering a Nederland player recently
  16. Yeah Anahuac would have to improve a decent amount IMO… not knocking them but I don’t think they stay within 21 points of Columbus right now… I’ll have a better idea of Hitchcock after this Thursday
  17. This season? I don’t think it’s far fetched at all to think that lol now last year I agree
  18. I’d say it’s possible… I’m going with Woodville but wouldn’t surprise me if diboll won
  19. Honestly no I don’t think they are 3-0… I don’t think they would’ve beat Nederland
  20. I’m happy for BC and they definitely made the right hire lol but they aren’t close to a top 10 team YET IMO
  21. Which Lumberton team? Numbers also don’t matter as much when beating the likes of… a bad Buna team, a average at best Kirbyville team, and average at best Orangefield… Also all three of these teams are 3A D
  22. IMO The other team in their district is better… same thing happened last year until Columbus and Hitchcock played and Columbus rolled them… Columbus is better this year
