Buna doesn't have time to work on 3a competitiveness. There numbers have already dropped back to 2a numbers.  They won't be the big dog in this district in any sport but they will compete.

Buna's o line needs to step up.  The lose of 60 last Friday really hurt.

If the coaches are coaching it doesn't matter what the parents think.  Numbers 8, 15 for sure.  No 42 will hit you but is never in position.  No 58, offenszive center is usually lost.  34 doesn't seem to play a lot.  Tamplin is the only sophomore I know of pulling his weight.

Does the offseason program not go back to lack of coaching?  At thejv games you have 1 coach coaching 1 coach trying to coach abd 2 coaches standing off by themselves laughing and playing.. Those 2 coaches do the same thing Friday night.  Also to be fair Ty Tamplin is doing a good job as a sophomore starter on the defensive line.

And now you're back to coaching, or as in Buna's case, lack of coaching.

Some of the sophomores shouldn't be either.

Kelly is jv qb but he is only a freshman.  Could help in defensive backfield though.

JV will flat out hit you.  Unfortunantly they have a long year ahead of them.  Predominantly freshmen playing other schools jv's.  BC jv was mostly juniors and szophomores.  Most of these 3a schools have a freshman team, Buna doesn't.

Kelly on the jvwould be a better choice than either of those 2

Ford was out against BC, hopefully back this week.  Perry Smith did ok as his replacement.

BC was already making adjustments before the half.  Buna last scored with over 8 minutes left in the half. Buna was being shutdown long before halftime got there.  Defensive backs couldn't cover BC receivers just as they haven't covered receivers all year.

Tackling should be taught in practice and obviously hasn't been.  Adjustments should be made at halftime and Bridge City was the only team that made adjustments.

Why does kville keep hijacking threads?  The only one they legitimately should be on is the overrated thread
