This group of Junior's and Senior's have not fared well against Nederland in the past. I'm not talking about last year.

I must be missing something with PNG but this group of Juniors and Seniors have always handled PNG pretty easily. Dogs1987, I believe you are underestimating Nederland this year. I don't see where PNG will be strong at all. Their ace pitcher give up 9hrs in 30 innings pitched last yr and this group has handled him and LeDoux very well in the past couple of years. PNG's bats will be pretty weak this year.

Nederland will dominate regardless if the kid gets his stuff together but with him they are a much better team. This group of Seniors has dominated since they were young. They are loaded with pitching. There will be some very good players on their bench this year.

I dont see PNG finishing that high. I hear they have a JR pitcher that has committed to Alabama but also he gave up 9 HR'S in about 30 innings last year but he was a Soph. I did see the Tyler Herrell kid during the summer who could emerge as their best pitcher. They don't have any proven varsity pitching returning. It could be a long year. I don't know who their starters will be and I do not believe they will have the bats to beat Lantrip,Duplant, or Foshee. 1. Nederland 2. Vidor 3. Livingston 4. LCM maybe PNG

Brad,Brad,Brad, call a spade a spade! They don't hit in practice and they have not since Faircloth has been there. He likes to make High School practice look like it's college or the pros. These kids are still trying to learn how to tackle. You must hit in practice! Offense is fancy and all but you must be able to play defense. Faircloth has proven nothing! PNG will never again have as much talent as they had his first year. The first 2 years he was loaded with talent. You cant win without a defense. Anyone that has coached or know these kids know that a power running game would benefit this group more than anything else. They do not have the skill player's to run this offense. Good coaches have to adjust to his talent just ask Larry Neumann. Faircloth bases everything on speed, there is some really good football player's on the bench but their not as fast as others but they will knock the piss out of you! Faircloth is more of a political guy than he is a coach. H e says what the parents and board members wants to hear. His defensive scheme is horrible!

This is gonna be ugly 49-7. Im predicting the worst beatdown in history between the 2 schools. Faircloth's defenses are horrible. I would say that Burnett's teams never had an offense that is as bad as Faircloths defenses have been. Refuses to change schemes that fit his kid's talent. Same thing with offense this season, he does have the skill people to run this offense. He does have a lot beef that he could use in a power running game. Most kids learn how to tackle in practice but Faircloth does a lot of fancy drills that look good but lack results. He has failed these kids by his arrogance. 56 points given up is good to him. He is so worried about offense that he neglects defense. The only way they keep from getting taken to the woodshed tonite is by trying to run the football. The problem there ishe wasting some good guys talent. He needs to be playing multiple guys both ways. This is not college it is high school. I guess the momas and daddys are happy considering their boys are playing. Lets not worry about winning.

How have ya'll been doing? Last score I heard was ya'll lost 5-2 to Memorial about 3 weeks ago. Any other updates?

What makes some of you think that Faircloth is not going anywhere? He tried to leave after last season but did not get either one of the job's he applied for. What's gonna change his mind? Some of ya'll gonna pay him on the side to keep him there?

Heard WR Chipman quit the PNG football team yesterday. According to Faircloth he was suppose to be their playmaker this year.
