I'll be curious to see how this all turns out. it sounds like there are some pretty strong witnesses in the case that gave statements directly involving the WOS players. If that's the case, they might be in serious trouble.
"A female witness told detectives while she was trying to get somewhere safe on that day of March 18th, she saw Frillou get hit by 18-year-old Morris Joseph.
Another witness says quote: "Rufus Joseph and Deionte Thompson were two of the people that were kicking Frillou after he fell to the ground." The witness also described Thompson's clothing.
21-year-old Daletredric Wolfford known as "D" was identified in a witness statement as kicking Frillou in the head while he was on the ground."
I'm not entirely familiar with the punishments dealt out by LCM, but I thought that Silsbee handled their end of the deal very well. they suspended their star player for the remainder of the season, which amounted to 9 games, and he also missed out on a state championship run. I can't imagine UIL adding much to that, as it was a fair punishment.
Kind of irrelevant. Kinda like a guy shooting a cop, the cop shooting back and hitting him, him falling down and dropping his weapon, and then a couple of more cops standing over him and shooting while he was down. Even if the force was justified originally, at some point it no longer is. But I do know what you're saying. It's very likely he did something to cause the cops to beat him like they did.
Wouldn't be surprised if he saw an opportunity to put himself in a situation where he could file a lawsuit and took it. Based on his history, he seems like that kind of guy
If this is in fact the case I hope they can prove it. Considering the hit they've already taken you'd think that United would release some sort of statement to this effect if this is how it actually happened
It says in the fine print that nobody reads that you have to get off the flight if they need the seats to get employees to another town to work the next day. I don't like the rule, but we all agree to it when we purchase airline tickets. They handled it very, very poorly, but they had the right to remove him from the plane.
Boerne up 1-0 in the 1st half. Also, WOSgrad, somehow it let me delete the title of this thread from thread menu, without me trying, which is why I edited your thread. Still not sure how I did that.
