some coaches do it accurately, some don't do it at all, and some post mostly only wins. so it's not always super accurate with wins and losses, and tourney schedules can screw things up when they're added late as well.

Hoping HF turns it around a little with some of their football boys back. Silsbee beat GCM by the same margin 3 days before, and HF also split a pair of games with 10-3 Montgomery the week before. They’re not going to be what they were the last few years, but should be competitive in district.

The only thing I can think is there was a clear effort made to not put any 3-loss teams into the playoffs. Clemson getting the auto bid with 3, they gave them the lowest seed.

Not sure why it bothers you so much, tbh, but I can’t use the word in any situation without you mentioning it. Did you know that it’s the 44th most commonly used word in the English language? I just looked it up. IF you hadn’t bombed the last for weeks of the playoffs you’d be right in the thick of things, too 😉

And passed up a chance to create an interstate game between Texas and SMU like they did with Indiana and ND. The whole thing doesn’t make much sense with that seed.

I’m alone in 2nd and 1 back in the playoffs. If I hadn’t bombed the first four weeks of the season I’d be right in the thick of things.

I think I only missed 6, which should keep me right up near the top for the playoffs and make my deficit more respectable for the season

Texas has put together 4 solid drives and has 6 points to show for it. Hope that doesn’t come back to bite them

Since 2016 they’ve won 4 or 5 titles and have only failed to make the state finals twice, losing in the state semis those years. The last two seasons they went 32-0, and the only reason they have 2 losses this year is because they played 4A-D1 #1 Celina and Anna, who won state last year in 4A-D1 and was a fg away from the regional finals in 5A-D2 this year. I’m not sure there’s a more dominant team at any level over the last decade.

It made literally no difference in my life. Glad y’all won, though.
