I think concern about CTE plays a role in it as well, although I think your point plays a bigger role. Still, I know a handful of parents who’ve pushed their kids in other directions athletically out of concern for head injuries

Hawks 8-13 on the year. Pretty wild. They’ve lost a lot of close games to solid teams, but this is shaping up to be the worst season for the hawks in probably 20 years or more
