Ricossa has had a tough game.  he's missed 4 or 5 good looks down low.

Tigers up 36-23 going into the 4th.  great 3rd quarter for the tigers.  i don't see the hawks coming back from this one, but i have seen them do it before.

Tigers lead 21-19 at the half.  their ability to dominate the glass has been the difference so far.  these two teams have been very evenly matched, very good defense on both sides, and shaky offense.

3 and change left in the 2nd, tigers up 19-15, hawk ball.

jacolby turner with 2 fouls now.  he leads all scorers with 8 points.  hawks doing a good job keeping silsbee shooting from the perimeter.  still 11-11 a minute into the 2nd.

avery thomas has 2 fouls 18 seconds into the 2nd quarter.

11-11 at the end of the 1st.  the hawks are more than holding their own.  if they could get a rebound, they'd be up 5 or 6.  silsbee's bigs are dominating down low, but the hawks' defensive pressure is keeping silsbee from getting into good offensive sets and feeding the big guys.

tigers are beating the hawks on the boards, 5 points on offensive putbacks.
