Here's what Coach Finney has accomplished in a very short carreer: 6 years as a head coach he has won 5 district championships. Turned 3 programs from losing to winning in one year! 2 of those became district champs in his first year. Overall record of 52-20 for a winning percentage around .700 Developed 3 D-1 players, one D-2 player, several NAIA players and a whole bunch of fine young men! Just wait till he gets a full year to develop these young men!! You won't believe how much stronger and quicker they will get...he has one of the best off season programs around...my son is a great example of what his program can do...good luck and I also can't wait to see what you guys accomplish next year!!

Really enjoyed the game and meeting a lot of the HD faithful...The game was exactly what I expected...Coach Finney had his team prepared and competed as well as they possibly could...I told you guys back in the summer you were in for a lot of fun and its just started!! Wait till Finneyand his staff put these young men thru his off season program, they will be bigger, faster and stronger next year!! Not to mention they will be much more comfortable running that offense that one of the best teams in 1A could not stop!! Gonna be a lot of fun next year for the Bobcats!!!

Really??? One of their biggest advertising accounts was the car place in Alto!!! Must have lost that account!! Lolol!!! Maybe since J'ville got beat out and Rusk didn't make the playoffs they will pick it up again.

If there is a way to beat somebody you can bet that Coach Finney has figured it out...I'll bet he has spent just about every waking minute watching game tapes and figuring out ways to stop and then attack Alto...now if those BobKats can carry out the game plan and keep the turnovers to a minimum HD will win...I will finally get to see you guys play, it worked out perfect...we don't play till 7:30 in Tyler so there will be some folks there with maroon on hollering for Coach Finney and the Bobcats!!! Finney won four district championships in a row at Maud, with the last three being undefeated seasons. This after inheriting a team that had won three games in three years and was the laughingstock of the area.

If the weather turns bad like they say it is that running game and those big hogs could make things miserable for Iola...either way its gonna be a long night and long ride home for them...give Finney 2 weeks to prepare for an opponent and look out...there is[b] nobody[/b] that studies their opponents like he does...I can promise you that!! Been there!!!

Colmesneil??????? You gotta be kiddin!!!! You folks that haven't seen HD (especially lately) play are in for rude awakening. They will win district and surprise some folks in the playoffs. This team reminds me so much of Finney's second year at Maud, everybody was laughing till they had to play us...ask Normangee, Beckville, Tenaha or Cayuga about those games!!!

Like I said before the season even started, Coach Finney will find a way to win...things are falling into place perfectly...got the new offense in place and rolling up some huge yards on the ground, off week to get ready for district and then roll em' up!! The Bobcats will go through district undefeated and make some noise in the playoffs...give him a full off season and next year...LOOK OUT!!! You folks gonna have some fun in HD!!!
