Ch 12 News states that Barbers Hill turned in the report of cheating. It was Unanimous that they violated the rules. Everyone agreed they broke the rules. But the vote to forfeit was not unanimous? Yet Vidor is perceived as the Villain here? #LeagueVillains

I am all for supporting Coach Woodard and his staff. I especially feel that we should support the kids at Warren. They are athletes giving it all they have every day at practice and friday night. I respect the kids that go out and participate every week even though they may not be the most talented players on the field. It shows alot of courage to play at a school that rarely has a successful season. People may not respect them for their football talent, but they have to respect their COURAGE. I have alot more respect for the ones who continue to represent the Warren community on the field, than I do those who choose not to because of a poor record. It is hard to change that record if talented athletes refuse to play. So Warren boys go out and give Coach Woodard and your friends who have decided to play a fighting chance.

Why is it that no-one knows who actually got interviewed for the Warren AD/HC job. Rumor has it that Mark Williams was offered the job before any interviews were even done. Now rumor has it that John Woodard of Ganado is going to be named AD/HC. Yet John Woodard is not even on the applicant list posted by the Beaumont Enterprise. DC at Ganado for 2 seasons with a good record, but previous job was as HC at Union Hill where he lost miserably(4-16). Prior to that he was at Mount Pleasant with Warrens suoerintendent. WHO ACTUALLY RECIEVED AN INTERVIEW???????????

[/quote] According to stats on Beaumont Enterprise, Vidor lost to Texas High in 2 OT's, beat Nederland & Ozen by passing less than 4 times per game. Food for thought.

I would really like to know a little bit about rusted cutless' football knowledge. So where did you play jr high, high school, college, professional football? Who and where have you coached? Do you know anything about who Vidor has on its team? Do you know anything about Texas High?

JV just ended in tie. Over heard Several Hj varsity players talking trash to Coach Mathews. Not very smart!

Virod lifters did well at the APF High School Nationals in Baton Rouge, La. 132 State Champion Bethani Duncan was in the 123 class and won 1st place and Outstanding Lifter on a Light Platform. Whitney Dycue the 181 4A silver Medalist won the 181 class

Vidor had two lifters at the state meet. Junior Whitney Dycus who placed 2nd in 4A in the 181's. Freshman Bethani Duncan who placed 1st in the 132's in 4A, and had the highest total of all 132 lifters making her the 1A-5A Unified State Champion.
