The football Stadium is now named Randall Reed Stadium. I guess they won the rights to the name for the next few years.

Zion Childress QB New Caney returns for senior year. Was District offensive MVP last year.

I find this to be about what I thought. The top three athletes in my opinion are Childress, Harris and Sanders. The latter two are juniors. Harris could really turn out to be something special. He already has offers from some big FBS schools. He has added about 25 pounds to his frame since last year. All three are excellent kids on and off the field. I think the skill positions will be fine. I am anxious to see how both lines do.

I would like to see New Caney play Kingwood, Huntsville, and Barbers Hill.

I believe a team from this district will represent the region again next year at state. Splendora only loses one outfield starter and one player that comes off the bench.

Porter went 14 innings today and lost. Would have liked to see game three have happened. Porter’s ace was not available until tomorrow.

Watched game one yesterday, did not see this ending coming. Splendora scores 23 in 3 game series and loses 2 of 3.

Eagle's Derrick Harris Jr. 2021 OLB has committed to UT. Childress appears headed to UTSA and 2021 Sanders has a TT offer. If we're both healthy it should be a really good game.
