Anyone here know how Kingwood Park looks? Just Curious how their D-lines and CB's look. Hoping its a competitive game.
From what I remember, their D front and linebackers were pretty good. I don't remember a shutdown corner.

Foster beat Hightower 21-20 tonight. Foster will be third in district. Even if Angleton fall to Friendswood tomorrow they hold the head to head.
NC will get either Hightower or Friendswood. Friendswood will have to beat Angleton to get in.

Does Vidor still have the JV kid they moved up at QB? If so I just don't see them beating Dayton. He may be familiar with the offense but he is still young.

I had to be in the DFW area tonight, so decided to go watch Tyler John Tyler play at Mesquite Poteet. I am glad I chose this game. Wow, what a game. Poteet took their first lead of the night with 15 seconds left 44-41. JT QB was sacked with 2 seconds left at midfield, had one timeout left. I didn't think he had the arm but he threw a successful hail Mary as time expired. Wow was all I could say. I almost left when Poteet scored, glad I decided to watch the last 15 seconds.

I’m thinking New Caney doesn’t like GCM
I was not at the ball game but watched on Texan Live just now. Had a running clock sometime in third and 4 or 5 of the TD's were defensive either pick 6 or fumble recoveries scooped up. Hard to tell the D to take a knee when they get the ball.

I got it NC 38
GCM 7

I am going to have to miss this one tonight as my wife has a early morning conference in Dallas. Please keep the updates coming. I'm gonna go check out the Mesquite Poteet vs John Tyler game up there tonight. Will catch the replay of the game on Texan Live.

Starting NG was out last week with injury but I do not think it was too bad. Mostly precautionary. He may still be out another week. I also hope the game is somewhat competitive. Starters need to play all 4 quarters.

So does Lumberton but that doesn’t mean either of us should be ranked higher than WOS
Why not, for years I have heard it's not about head to head what if's.

You got a point, but who below them should be ranked above them? They already beat Silsbee. I don’t think Liberty stands a chance against them. Lumberton was beat by Silsbee so that wouldn’t make sense to put us above them.. I think they are there by default.
How about 7-1 Splendora? They in my opinion have a good shot at being undefeated district champs.

So in your opinion was this a better squad than the 1 you saw 2 weeks ago?
They were certainly more disciplined tonight. Your DB’s will lay the wood. I know your kicker/punter was out but special teams need work. Fumbled a kickoff early. #5 is a beast but gets worn out going both ways too much. The RB #16 needs more carries earlier to give 5 a break. Defense stuffed the run all night. I will put it this way, I am glad we don’t have to play again. I still think it would be a close game but every team playing Memorial will enjoy a ice bath afterwards as they bring it.

I will have to disagree with that flag that was a clean tackle
Only thing was he lead with crown of helmet. That has been a point of emphasis all year from NFL on down.
