I got to put New Caney's Mart'e Allison in there. 762 yards rushing and 15 TD's. Another couple of TD's receiving out of the backfield.
Evan Nichols from Splendora is also having a great year.

I would worry about getting past BH. We could spoil your date with Crosby more than Porter IMO.
Perhaps but Porter are trying to make this a rivalry as in district foes it will one day be for sure.

35-3 seconds left in half. Doubt I stay for all of this one.
-
CC fumbles on own 24. One play later 24 yard pass for TD 28-3
-
21-3 6:45 in half. Hall putting on a clinic. My first time to see Porter this year. I believe they will be a playoff team. Tough to judge a lot though with CC defense.
-
14-3. CC had it first and goal at 4 but took a sack at the sixteen.
-
14-0 Porter. 1:48 first. CC drove down to 20 had a false start and missed a FG.
-
Porter with a pass TD 7-0 8:53 first.

AAW confirmed it in the NED PAM topic.

New Caney plays at Humble next Thursday followed by an open week, then the last three at Texan Drive stadium. Schedule looks very favorable.

New Caney is good but I think they're going to have to score well into the 40's or more to beat BH, Crosby and maybe even Porter. Splendora got 15 points off turnovers but they could've also had at least 15 more if they could complete forward passes with any efficiency.
I agree, but NC sat out 2 starting D backs and a linebacker. They were suited and could have played if the game did not swing in NC favor early. All had minor injuries from what I was told. NC needs to cut down on the holding penalties which put them in tough situations a few times. What surprised me was Splendora did not punt once. They went for it on fourth everytime, giving up field position a couple of times. I was surprised by the size of Splendora. They had some big linemen, and ran the ball well at times.
Allison is a quality back and will be playing on Saturdays.

Final NC 37-29
-
TD Splendora two point good. 37-29 NC.
-
Allison scores on a screen pass 37-21 with 2:21 in third
-
NC gets a safety. 30-21 4:31 in third.
-
Splendora with a nice 35 yard TD run. 28-21
-
Cooper with a nice run for a TD. 28-14 9:21 in third.

Teams that run shotgun seem to always fumble when trying to go under center. Tough to lose a fumble trying to take a knee right before half.
That's exactly right.

NC leading?
Game should be on Texanlive so you can watch it from there.

NC intercepts pass with 20 seconds in half inside the 5. Then fumble next play giving ball back. Splendora scores on short run. 21-14 NC at half.
-
TD run by Cooper 21-7 with 10:01 in half.

Man you left Allison off and he has three hudred plus more yards and 11 more TD's than Nichols. I'm telling you the kid is a baller. Splendora and NC are less than 10 miles apart.
