  I have to agree on a couple of points there. The making adjustment part. I have seen quite a few times when things just weren't working and someone subbed in and actually started making some plays. They were taken back out and Neece went right back to the same old thing. You would think he would be able to see that and ride what is working until the other team made an adjustment as well. Almost seems like it is an ego thing, not willling to admit you were wrong and try something else. Just an observation.   Also have to agree with the politics and good ole boy network, but hey what do you do?
