I agree with the earlier post. Manvel uses unsportsmanlike conduct to get the opposing team off their game.  But the head butts, slinging fist, etc is uncalled far.  I hope LaMarque takes Manvel to the woodshed! Go LaMarque!

Just heard from Newton that WT got the job.  He was voted on tonite.

Wow! He taught me at Bleakwood Elementary school many years ago.  I'll never forget a bulletin board he did at Easter time.  He spent many hours on that board, perfecting it.  Prayers to the Hartsfield family.

One thing for sure, the emotions will be HIGH in this game!!!!  Personal fouls aplenty.  From what I've heard and know about LaMarque, and after seeing Manvel play, I'll say its a toss up.  I really think the team with the ball last will win this game.  I believe Manvel's defense will have to step it up for sure and their offense will have a hard time containing the onslaught of the LaMarque defense....LaMarque is the REAL DEAL! Best of luck to BOTH teams in your playoff berths!

Personally, I think if there is a question about Coach Neumann and the Nederland Bulldogs, that its a discussion for the Nederland fans....ONLY!  I am a true Bulldog supporter except for that one week called MidCounty Madness.  I will say this, never, NEVER understimate the Nederland Bulldogs. JMO.

[/quote] I agree.  I apologized to everyone on the board because of my emotion, but the jabs to the head by the Manvel players was uncalled for.  Then, the refs were called to the sidelines, talked to the Manvel coaches for 5 mins..the next two plays, personal fouls were called on PNG.  For what? No explanation.  I was upset, but can't do anything about it. I caution LaMarque, however, to get ready for the head jabs, blocks in the back, etc.
