  5. I LOVE seeing PNG at the top! Way to go, Indians!
  6. I too believe Faircloth will work out the false starts, holding etc.... What I do like, is we will do what it takes. The balanced offense will be tough to stop if we can just quit stopping ourselves. Line up to stop Harmon and the passing game is there. Play for the pass and Harmon can hurt you. We'll be fine. I totally agree.....PNG can be dangerous on the run and the pass. Very well balanced. Doty impressed the heck out of me last night...this kid has accuracy! Very impressed!
  7. Have to give it to the Bulldogs, for being "beat up" with injuries, you guys came out and played tough. You're right, PNG has to work on clock management and the stupid penalties....if we can "fine tune" this, we'll be a force to reckon with. I think Faircloth will work out the kinks this week.....believe my Indians will come away with the "W" at Livingston.
  8. Yea, I really do not understand why people use that excuse. They have been saying the same thing about Vidor. PNG is for real and they will be using the same phrase in the playoffs. ;D Agree with you...from the very beginning of the season, I felt good about Vidor and I'm glad you went in and took care of business with Lumberton. Best of luck to you. I've never said PNG would make the playoffs, but, I'm very impressed with our team and feel certain, we'll be in the mix. Will be a good game Friday with Livingston, but I feel PNG will come away with the "W". The next week against Vidor witll be tough...PNG IS the real deal!
  9. PNG will take this one! Livingston might want to make some room for the onslaught of PNG Indian fans...! PNG will rock and roll Friday night against Livingston...will go 6-0! I-N-D-I-A-N-S, Scalp 'em, NDN's, Scalp 'em!!!
  10. Congratulations Vidor on your win!
  11. I feel Vidor will take this one! Give it to 'em, Pirates!!!!
  12. I-N-D-I-A-N-S, Scalp 'em INDIANS, SCALP 'EM!
  13. I hope the play Cherokee on the JumboTron tomorrow nite! After every first down, interception, score, all the time! I agree, Cherokee is the BEST fight song in high school football!
  14. As with ALL MCM games, this one will be very exciting! I never count Nederland out, and no one else should either. I'm glad the Bulldogs will be visiting the New Reservation. My prayer is that there are no injuries and everyone has a good time. I do hope PNG wins and remains undefeated! Good Luck!
  15. Agree...the 12 men on the field penalty that gave LCM the 1st down, still has me scratching my head... ???
  16. Call the administration building. I'm sure they will be able to give you some information about where to get a copy.
  17. I will NEVER count the Dogs out! This is Mid County Madness....anything CAN and WILL happen.
  18. I feel your pain, Penny. Excluding the injuries you guys have suffered this year, last year was very frustrating for PNG.
  19. PNG in the top 20...not bad, considering where we were last year!

  21. Just gonna say, it's Mid County Madnes...anything can and will happen. Not counting the Dogs out....best of luck to BOTH teams...these young men are playing with a lot of heart this year!
  22. PN-G vs. Big Ned. Indians vs. Bulldogs. Purple and white against black and gold. 15,000 fans jam packed into the 13,000 seat Reservation. College game atmosphere. "Mid-County Madness". All that and more describes the 85 year rivalry between the Port Neches-Groves Indians and Nederland Bulldogs. Since 1925 the Indians and Bulldogs have battled for the bragging rights of the area nestled between Beaumont and Port Arthur Texas known as Mid-Jefferson County or 'Mid County'. During game week, football in the small towns of Port Neches, Groves and Nederland Texas is backed with a level of enthusiasm that matches any area in the state. And when game night finally arrives, regardless of the outcome, both teams leave everything on the field until the next meeting. PN-G leads the series 47-31-7.
