As to the equal application of the rules...again, is one area getting hammered for clerical violations, and one isn't?  Or is one area getting hammered for more serious violations, and this is just a chance to grouse indignant? Generally when there is a complaint the members of that association are not involved with the investigation or punishment and this situation is no different.
